Everytime I order here my order isn't ready. Multiple times, my order was completely missing when I arrived and had to wait an extra 30 minutes for then to remake Ramen. This will be my last visit here. They have made mistakes too many times.

Half of time I come in, the person behind the counter flat out goes, "oh I don't work here, im filling in for a friend." What? You have people filling in for friends here? Who gets paid, the friend or the employee they're covering for? You can never verify if you're Boba tea is going to be the same, because its almost different mixed everytime. I love this place, but God, for the price and never knowing what you're going to get, it's hard to justify sometimes.

Cute bubble tea store with a cotton candy machine! I've been craving a Korean Cheese Dog ever since by husband ate one in Chicago. This was my first experience with having one and I gotta say, I think I might have set my expectations too high. I also ordered the brown sugar boba tea and it was incredibly sweet (too sweet) for my taste. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed. I think I'd be willing to try this place again. 7/10.

I booked Zero Degrees for a birthday party and it was great! The manager, Lily, was very easy to work with. They served excellent food to the guests and even let us bring in a karaoke machine for entertainment. If you are looking for a fun spot to hang out with your teenagers, this is it!

The quality of this place has gone downhill. The last three or four times I’ve been the drinks are watery and the Boba is nasty. You can tell they do not make Boba every four hours. Very disappointed!

Good selection of boba, shaved ice, and some snacks. Boba is in the sweeter side, so make sure to adjust it to your liking.

Service staff not paying attention- and the food was awful. Popcorn chicken was inedible- way too salty with no batter. Our dog didn’t like it either and she is a chicken fiend. The miso ramen was lukewarm, undercooked and tasteless. The tonkatsu pork was good, but how much does an extra spoonful of miso paste cost? A 50 cent package of ramen at home will at least be cooked so the noodles are not all stuck together. Skip it, unless you are there for the tea, which was ok, but expensive.

Courteous, prompt service. The popcorn chicken wasn't a perfect match for my appetite, but was well prepared. My child thoroughly enjoyed their tonkasu ramen

Not a bad place, very basic setup. Has plenty of potential to become something huge. Their boba teas are pretty good. They do have a few food options.

I love the fact that you can ask them to reduce or cut the sugar in the tea. I love the sweet potato fries and my daughter and I love to share the ramen. Staff are always friendly and super helpful when we have questions.

Great little boba tea and food restaurant. Their menu includes items from ramen to teas to snow ice. I’d recommend the Taro Milk tea.

Staff is always very friendly and will answer any questions you have about the menu. My go to drink is the Passion Fruit Tea with mango popping boba and I am never disappointed in it. They have a large selection of drink flavors and add ins so there really is something for everyone.
