Morgenstern's is an amazing place. They've really turned it into quite a treasure! The kids corner is adorable. And it seems like they will be offering incentives to get younger kiddos reading this summer !

Great place to get the latest books and a good cup of coffee. I am a teacher and the staff is well versed with what the upcoming books are. Totally recommend.

A great addition to the Btown scene. Coffee and books (and baked goods and soup and sandwiches)? That's perfect.

Great selection, including a shelf of local authors and Indiana-related books. If you buy $30+ of books you can pick out one of the advance copies they've received from publishers to take home for free! They also have some literary puzzles, games, mugs, and fun stuff like that.

Almost unique to the town after all other bookstores are closed. Jem of Bloomington.

Love this place. I feel like they have a fairly good selection of books and those they don't have they always offer to order them for you. Everyone is also really nice and just giving good vibes. They also have tables near their cafe and chairs all over the store.

Morgenstern’s is a fantastic local bookstore over on the east side of town. They host events like poetry and even live music. Their cafe has excellent coffee and espresso beverages, as well as wine! The books are all carefully curated throughout the store and the staff are always eager to help. Definitely check out morgenstern’s for all of your literary and coffee needs!

Stopped at Morgenstern's while on a trip to Bloomington. So happy to find an independent bookstore with a great fiction selection. Bought way too many books including - shhh - a banned book. Also got a great cup of coffee to drink on the drive. Thanks, Morgenstern's!

One of the best book stores in the Midwest. Plenty of new books to discover, plenty of space to sit and stay while you work on homework. The cafe serves amazing coffee. It is clear they have paid attention to every detail throughout. Book prices are competitive, so, do yourself and the community a favor skip Barnes and Nobel and check out Morgenstern's

First time I went there was a good experience. I’ve been back twice now. I love their coffee and recommend you buying a cup. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have poetry readings, which I have been to one and that was interesting. I’ll have to go to another. Overall, I’m happy to see this bookstore on the east side of Bloomington. They have a nice selection of books, a nice staff (that I’ve talked too), and have made it well known that they are here to stay. I really like Morganstern’s Bookstore Café.
