Has a proper espresso machine. I’m living overseas and find it difficult to get a decent espresso / latte in the US. This ticks the box.
There is one black lady works who always puts her hands inside the coffee cup. I stopped taking coffee from there because of her.
Ambiance- nice place to sit and relax and have a meal while you are taking break from shopping. It is on the 3 level of Nordstrom. Plenty of seating space. Staff is friendly. Menu - they good food options with some vegetarian options and they can also modify your order as you want. We ordered margarita pizza and chicken Ciabatta sandwich without chicken one with salad and other one with chips You can also place your for pickup Coffee- they have only drip coffee
Very decent upscale cafe in the Woodfield Mall. Much better than any eating joint in the food court. Its has very ambient seating. We ordered Margarita Pizza: it was very good. Coffee for all of us: which again was good coffee. Spicy grilled vegetarian Sandwiches: too Good. Honestly, i liked the whole experience of dining in there. Our server was very nice. I think her name was Haarlem.
Best capuccino I have ever drank. Starbucks learn from these guys how to make capuccino!! Woman with the pink hair makes the best one!!! Thanks
Coffee is always great but the lady with the pink hair is very rude. If management doesn’t take care of it. I will definitely will say something back in a more rude way. Hope it gets fixed. Fix the attitude.
Walking up to get a drink at 8:20 yesterday and girl behind counter says….sorry we are closing, when they close at 8:30. Excuse me, that is shameful at best. Not a good look on Nordstrom. Unacceptable. Do better.
Very good coffee👌
First-rate lattes with friendly service. Gormet bistro-salads, boxed to go, are very good. Fruity smoothies and spritzers are also very tasty and refreshing. The chocolates and bakery-goods look good, also, but I have yet to try them.
A person looked at me funny
8:50pm. Walking toward the store, girls runs toward the entrance and saying "Nope! Nuh uh. We're closing. Nope!" Starts tugging the shutter down in front of us and another group of people. You guys close at 9pm, I get it. But at least apologize to your customers trying to get a cup of coffee within your business hours. Super rude and not cool.
Amazing service, had a mixup on pizza ordered and were offered refund and soup. They went above and beyond for customer service and I will happily go again. Food was great as well.
This is my weekend like TACOS are amazing. And of course mimosas and salad too. The people works there can say enough of how wonderful are!!!

I did not expect that the coffee would be sooo good. The barista even made a design on it Its a good place to sit and relax after shopping.
The taste of the coffee was too strong. But overall the price and service was good.
Woodfield e bar near Nordstrom was quick and fast for a hot white & dark chicken mocha drink which was tasty.
Food is always great
You need more Caesar salads-they are all gone by 1pm, lunch time!!!!!
