Really good options and great coffee around Schaumburg and Hoffman estates area.
Love it, really like the drinks, they’re really yummy
Drinks are good. Horrible customer service we didn’t like our drink, ask to trade it out for something else and they wanted me to pay for it. We didn’t even touch the drink it’s wasn’t what we ordered. They need pictures of their drinks and clarify that Matcha and green tea is the same thing, they shouldn’t be two different options on the menu.
Good food with very friendly staff. A bit pricy, but still delicious.
The place is not it.. too slow
My girlfriend and I ordered 2 boba drinks there and it took over 30 minutes to make. When we arrived, there were a lot of people there and I saw 1 person with a drink. We ordered, and watched the 5 employees take breaks to chat, do nothing at the register, and make there own drinks before I finally went up to the counter and asked if our order was being made. Sure enough after I asked they whipped ours up within a couple minutes. We’ve gone to busy boba shops before and we’ve never waited more than 10 minutes. We both work in the industry so we know when places are jammed and we understand we’ll have to wait. But seeing absolutely no urgency in the employees is a red flag
We walked in around 11:15 and ordered right away and we are just now leaving the store with our drinks and it’s 11:55. I understand when it’s busy it’s going to take some time, however, 40 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. What set us over the edge was there were four of them back there, one of them was just standing at the register when there was no one ordering anything for a long time. And the other three were goofing off and going unbelievably slow. One guy with shaggy blonde curly hair had the time and audacity to make himself a drink while we’ve been waiting for our drinks for over 30 minutes. When my boyfriend finally complained they whipped up our drink in about 3 minutes. There was no sense of urgency and they could care less about us. Highly don’t recommend going here unless you want to set up camp for your drink.
The waffle isn’t even warm, so clearly they let my order sit out for too long because it was melted as soon as I picked it up from the counter. It should really be in some sort of cup or plastic container instead of a cardboard box.
4/5 for boba 0/5 for waffle - waste of money
This is a very small shop. When we walked in it was very busy so immediately we felt cramped and a bit claustrophobic. But when people started to clear out it was much more comfortable. Staff was very kind and attentive. We got the vanilla white chocolate frappe, caramel white chocolate frappe, oreo bingsu, and mango bingsu. All the items were well made and tasty. My personal favorite was the oreo bingsu. Refreshing and delicious. Would recommend the frappes too.
Best boba and waffles of the north and it's open late on the weekends.
Extremely slow service. 3 kids behind the counter having fun talking and only 1 making the drinks when there were 8 orders ahead of me. Finally got my latte and it was nearly half foam. I pointed this out and was told that it's supposed to be that way.
Fruit smoothie with tapioca wasn’t very flavorful. Had a good vibe, took about 10 minutes to get the drink.
I love their smoothies but the Asian guy w the tattoos was honestly rude as hell like it made me feel really uncomfortable and I just hope it didn’t have to do with my race
I’m surprise this place has 4.3 stars because their coffee is extremely bland. It feels like I’m just drinking hot water with a hint of coffee. I do not recommend if you like coffee.
Love the coffee & Boba tea! My favorite coffee shop. Always tastes great & is consistent.
The food and drinks remain great, but the service has deteriorated a lot in the last few months.
If I could a zero for this place I would. First of all, they got our drinks messed up TWICE. We were very patient and waited, while the staff was rude and inattentive. When we told the barista that our drink was wrong, he gave us a nasty glare and sighed. Very unprofessional.
Waited half an hour. 4 customers ahead of me got their orders. Why did I even bother tipping when I never got my order. Just asked for a refund and left empty handed and disappointed when I was looking forward to my favorite drink after work.
I ordered mango smoothies they had no flavor. No sugar. Mango tasted like old literally old fruit. So disappointed.
