Aight, peep this: Their energy drinks are fire, but everything else? Depends on who's on the clock. If you crave any sandwich off their menu, it's like rollin' the dice, fam. They got biscuits on the menu, but don't even think about askin' for one. Most of their crew act like warming up a lil' sandwich is worse than stepping on a Lego. Like, for real? Everything else? Pretty decent. Just keep your food requests on the low, or you might catch some side-eye. That's the 411, y'all!
I love the energy drinks. I've tried so many. Update: within the last six months, service has severely slowed down. I walked in to avoid blocking the intersection, and it took 15 mins to take my order +make two refreshers. Drinks are often overfilled and spill all over you when you put the straw in and pick it up. There's a new way to make them now and it really docked the taste from everything. Even the basic drinks taste different, but not bad. Just different.
Ordered an oatmilk latte and the coffee tasted burnt. Got home poured it out and it was drip cofffee.
Brought two ootds literally gave me seltzer water with food coloring no flavor all burn tried to call and get refund or trade no pick up or voice mail this occurred 4 26 at 600 you guys really drop the ball on this one
About once I hear I give Awake another try, and it’s bad every time. I ordered an iced breve latte and got a weak watery iced coffee with some cream. How old was the that inedibly hard and dry banana bread? I’m assuming the energy drinks keep this place open. Just take espresso drinks off the menu if they’re such a low priority.
Staff is great, Spotty wifi no conducive for working and my pannini wasn't what I expected.
They are so fast! Just wish the drive thru was safer because it extends to the busy street.
The 2 girls working were unprofessional in that they were using foul language easily heard by my son and I. Not a welcoming atmosphere. They were pleasant face to face but their background conversations were off-putting.
Awake is amazing. So many different options! Friendly employees The cost is super
Yummy energy drinks, friendly staff, cute place inside, offers outdoor seating & has drive thru!
Just no. The music was inappropriate and this bread with half slice of cheese and two pieces of spinach was insulting. Also, ordinary bread does not magically turn a sandwich into a paninni just because you call it one.
Energy drinks are great and love the oreo pops
The BEST energy drinks for a reasonable price!!!
Truly awesome place! chill environment and great drinks definitely my local go to!
Not my favorite coffee place in the quad cities. The price is the same as Starbucks but I feel like I'm getting Dunkin quality coffee.
The mocha frappuccino tasted really off it was weird. I also asked them to only halfway blend it because I like little ice chunks in it but it was liquid all of it. Won't be going back there
I got a latte no flavor and it tastes like “hint of coffee.” I don’t think there’s much, if any, espresso in the drink. I would believe it’s just 2 ounces of brewed coffee in this drink. I’m sure their energy drinks and smoothies are good, but coffee is not their focus.
me and my cousins drove over to illinois for this coffee when we got out drinks they were watered down and non flavoring we spent 12 dollars total, 4 dollars a drink and there was no whipped cream we ordered three frappe’s
Love the Chai Tea!! The breakfast sandwhich that has chorizo & pepperoni is yummy too!!
Safe to assume their focus is coffee... That said, they also sell sweets. I bought a single “cake pop” for $2 lady recommended the cake pop from fridge instead of display case. I don’t think the display case could have been worse. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GETTING A CAKE POP Don’t. Here’s why, If you have had Starbucks, stick with that. Their cake pop and this coffee shops cake pop are NOT the same. The cake is very dry! Could possibly be solved by dunking the cake in simple syrup or a liquid sweetener before sealing the cake in chocolate.
