Very bad user experience while asking politely if I could bring the dog in, none of the staffs say yes or no or if I could order at the window instead they asked after I went in for a minute. Is your pet a service dog? I did answered no, and I ask where should I order if I don’t go in and I want to eat out? Thanks for asking after I went in, I did ask if I could bring the dog in. Interesting service ever I had in the Illinois. No sign mentioned where should pet owners order their food.
We ways enjoy the icecream here after hiking.

Very nice downtown Utica
Only thing we did in this building was eat at Bruce & Ollie's, which was really nice and enjoyable. Good ice cream, definitely would recommend.
This is such a great little area. Everyone is soo friendly and the ice cream and breakfast were delicious! Such a wonderful hometown family feel!

Bruce and Ollies..sweet place to grab a cup of whatever and oh yes....can you imagine ice cream flights? YUM! Indoor-outdoor seating. Friendly staff just waiting to offer you something refreshing!
