Excellent coffee and fantastic service!
The coffee drinks are a lot better than other coffee houses.
They are a bit pricey compared to Starbucks but the drinks are amazing and customer service is good too. Love how they have a kids menu too

I have lived here 34 years. We needed a drive through coffee shop, other than Starbucks (Starbucks is gross). I like my blended ice coffees as much as any millennial, and Ziggis makes great blends. Their cappuccino was good. Their daily brew was good. I tried the Italian soda (midnight berry) today and love it. I tried the waffle, egg and sausage breakfast sandwich and it is so fluffy good and flavorful. My favorite breakfast sandwich now. Today I noticed the brown straw had flecks in it, turns out it's a recycled agave straw, which is also appreciated. The two baristas/workers were kind and friendly. I now ALWAYS go to Ziggis when needing to perk myself up with "me time" or make the day better. And if you have time, a stroll through Stevens is a good way to start the day while sipping. I'm not affiliated with Ziggis, but I do hope they stay for a long time. So needed here! If you're doing drive-thru only, save yourself a few seconds by entering from main Street by the coffee cup sign that says drive-thru.
Literal best place ever! Staff is always willing to help make the perfect drink! Even if it gets busy they stay on top of everything. I seriously love my Ziggis.

Just left Ziggis in Marion, IL, standing at counter to order coffee and not one of the 4 women acknowledged me standing there. Poor service
Love my cold brew. Eager to try Ziggis. Tasted like coffee that had been left in the bottom of a carafe overnight. Harsh and bitter. And the after taste was even worse. Bleh.
Live right down the road and Love having a friendly coffee place near!
