Mackenzie’s service was poor.
I not a regular patron here but when in the area do enjoy an occasional guilty indulgence. This was my first trip in since the fire. I ordered one dozen glazed and one dozen assorted. The donuts themselves are worthy of 5 stars 🌟 however the staff working is what causes the deduction. It wasn't a busy day as there were only 2 customers including myself. So they weren't flustered. They just were for a better word, lazy. I was wanting the oreo donut. There were only 2 in the serving tray. I said, "Is that all of the oreos?" She looked in the tray and said, "yeah". So I picked other assorted varieties. The next customer showed the same woman a picture off their phone and said, "I was wanting these but guess you don't have any". She proceeded to say "Let me look" and went to grab a whole new tray of Oreos! Like the heck!! Next when I checked out there was a deal going on for buy 1 dozen get 2 dozen for discount. Well they rang me up full price. I asked about discount and she said let me see. It was like too much work to add the discount in. So for this reason 3 🌟.

Just got home with a dozen donuts(variety) and there's only 11....one of my Raspberry ones was not included.....

I love crispy cream donuts. But I went this last time the donuts didn't taste like they use to. And they shrunk! Smaller than they use to be. I'm not sure what taste different now. The icing or the donut itself. But I still ate the 2 dozen I bought!

I will say the donut was great! But 2 stars to the assumed Manager who felt it was appropriate to discuss an employee’s clock out habit with him in public. If there is a staffing issue, she’s contributing to it because it also had the other 2 coworkers asking about it.
Donuts tasted stale was rather disappointing.
Just left from there 😔 Went inside to find her get HOT glazed donuts to find they didn’t have any. Website claims they would have them HOT and fresh until 11am. It was 10:30am. I asked the last time they’d be fresh, they said not until tonight and walked away with an attitude. I go through the drive-thru and asked if they had glazed hot n’ fresh, they said YES! I got 2 dozen and they are cold as a rock in the winter. False advertising and lying at the window…. Drive over an hour for their glazed donuts to be failed miserably.
Great donuts, friendly staff,, clean place to chill and have coffee for a few but the prices of those “round sugar holes” are too expensive at $ 1.69 each. Perhaps it would be better to lower the prices just for the original Glaze and keep the specialty ones as is. I recommend this place to everyone.
2/26/23 still closed for remodel google has it open for business this is not correct
Always has awesome donuts. Eco Advantage Concrete Polishing and Epoxy Coatings just did the quartz floors for the kitchen.
Unfortunately when I attempted to stop today 1-13-23, I found the building was still closed for remodeling. Google indicated that they were open for business, little disappointed to pull off the interstate to find duct work hanging from the ceiling.
You might as well tear it down and put something else there. Been shut down because of small fire, but not working towards reopening. Waste of space.
Even though they took a while threw the drive threw. All 12 of my donuts werehot, and they gave me frew donut holes.
Driving through from TN to MN and decided to stop by. Ordered almost 4 hours before getting there. Got there and order was not ready. Had to reorder everything cause they didn’t even have a clue what I ordered. And then was told they ran out of the donuts I ordered. Donuts themselves were good as always. Service was majorly lacking.
