The coffee was average, their cup sizes are pretty small and it seems like the place wants to be more of a drive thru than coffeehouse.
I was in Litchfield for a few hours on a Friday morning while my son was taking placement tests at LLCC. I had a few hours to spare with nowhere to set up my laptop and get some work done. A quick Google search brought up Rise and Grind. My coffee was delicious and the Wi-Fi was lightning fast while my Verizon service hotspot was only creeping along at a turtle's pace. What I enjoyed most was the people. The staff members were hard working and it seemed as though they did their job seamlessly with passion and humor! The locals who came in were friendly and kind. The staff knew most of the regulars' orders and everyone seemed like family. I enjoyed a very refreshing few hours in a place of peace and joy. Come for the coffee but stay for the people and the atmosphere!
Great coffee shop with yummy muffins. Worth the drive off the highway for the quality and kindness of a local business.
This place is adorable! Loved everything from the service to the food & drinks. Highly recommend to others! It'll definitely be on my list of places to go to next time we visit the area again.
