Never had such bad service. We go there a lot and this was bad. Had to get our own menus. Took forever to get drink order and after that we just left. No welcome, no sorry, nothing.
Great food and drinks, nice atmosphere to hang out, pool tables available.
Waitress kept repeating order back incorrectly so the food was wrong and missing but did get charged for it. Kept getting told they would fix but didn't until it was time to leave. Tried to give me the amount owed with no ticket, told us the manager was there but yet had to reach her by phone when she saw we weren't leaving. Won't go back there again
This was the best breakfast I’ve ever had outside my own four walls. The hash browns were impeccable and the croissomelet was unbelievably delicious. Coffee kept coming, and Cindy was on top of any of our needs.

Can't handle the amount of orders in a timley manner. Not to mention while waiting on order which is another issue communication between the kitchen and waitstaff is deplorable. The cook did not have his mask up, had it below his bearded chin with no beard net on either. Then he coughed while handing food out the window. Food not ready in the 35 minutes I was told not even after almost 45 minutes. Then waitstaff askes about it and they don't have enough links to fulfill my order. Had this happen over a year and a half ago before covid19 while seated in the restraunt. Over a year later I give them another chance. I ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of wimpy bacon ( not crisp) the biscuit isn't even golden, the bacon you touch it and it crumbles. The styrofoam container was hit with hot tongs so many times it even melted through the container. I walk in before another person for pick up orders. I stand there waiting to pay she doesn't even acknowledge me. She waits on the guy who came in after me. If I could negative stars it would be -3. I wish I could add pics to this review. This place sucks. I'll go to Debbie's from now on.
I used to love the food and service here but the last few visits have been awful. Today my partner and I ordered Tuna melt with no cheese (as I am lactose intolerant) with tater tots and a roast beef burrito deluxe. The server placed our orders in front of us and took off to refill my drink, while he was gone we noticed that I got fries instead of tots, there was cheese on my tuna melt, and my partner’s burrito was ground beef instead of roast beef. When the server brought back the drink I asked if they were all out of tots and he said “yeah” and then I said “I think there is cheese on my sandwich” and he turned to walk away and said “there shouldn’t be because I wrote no cheese.” My partner waved another worker over and explained our situation but before he could even talk about what was wrong with his food, she took off to the kitchen. She came back and said that they are remaking my order and I told her that my partners food is wrong as well so I just wanted to be compensated so that we may leave. She left to talk to the boss on duty and then came back with our original server and a tuna melt and tater tots. She apologized and said that the server did nothing wrong and that the boss on duty messed up our order. I stated to them that the food was not checked before being brought to us and that we were not asked if the substitutes were okay. The boss on duty came over and told the other two to leave and stated to us “if there is a problem with your food, then don’t pay for it” and then walked away. Very dismissive and I am very disappointed.
Really good food and the slots are a more miss thin hit get the cubin sandwich
This may sound a little odd to have in a review, but this place has the best Pepsi I've ever tasted in my life.

As I am a traveler I wanted to find a place that was similar to home. And I was absolutely blown away by the kindness of the waitress, and the food was SUPERB! I have no complaints. When I pass through here again, I will definitely be coming back!
Prices about $6-10 a head We ordered almost $80 in food everything got a thumbs up in our family besides one thing the Monday special goulash which I would suggest taking off special for something else more appealing it didn’t taste like genuine homemade goulash. Will be back!
