So the employee working register asked me if I could pay cash even though the card reader looked to be working. I asked him if it was not working and he didn’t answer the question, and he only reiterated If I could pay cash. I could and obliged but the entire interaction felt odd. He did not ask my friend after me the same question, and she paid card no problem. My other problem is how they made my iced drink. For the regular size, they filled my cup with ice and added the espresso shots. The barista then proceeded to steam milk for an iced drink, and then poured it over the ice. This melted nearly all of the ice and watered the milk down. Overall, I feel as though I paid 7 dollars for one drink to be ripped off. If this is corporate policy, they are overcharging all customers. If it’s just this store, it needs to be rectified—especially when the cashier makes the entire process wholly uncomfortable. Shan’t be going back.

Need prices on the cups got one assumed like $20 or so actually over $50 and my drink terrible when straight on the trash after I left Definitely Avoid this place

I came here on Monday around 2pm and on a Friday at 11. It was closed both days and you can the number and no one answers so I won't be traveling back to get this coffee. Website says open so I came in just for y'alls coffee. Very upsetting
My experience was pretty average for taste. The drink I got was a little too sugary, but I would try something a less intense next time. The staff were very kind and attentive.
I asked for a cold brew, he used the regular hot coffee and just through ice over it and proceeded to put it in a hot coffee cup instead of an iced coffee cup even though there were plenty of them on the side. Would have asked him to remake but there was a line and he was the only one working.
Need an actually store front with a drive-thru the mall location isn't ideal
Barely had any flavor that I asked for so I went back for her to remake it and it’s still just meh. Not very good probably not going back she was pretty rude too saying “that’s how we make it” when I said it didn’t seem right.
The coffee tasted so bad.
The service was okay but I really didn’t care because I went there for coffee and I was so disappointed. I ordered a latte but it was mostly milk, didn’t taste the coffee at all. It was also overpriced, I don’t mind paying $5 for coffee but when it tastes like that then it should be wayyy cheaper.
