Best beans in Champaign
Hands down the best coffee. We've stopped buying anything else.
I really enjoy this coffee. I have ordered through the monthly subscription and picked up in the store. Most recently, I purchased the coffee tastings which include 5 coffees and a virtual meeting to learn about different coffees. I bought these as gifts for coworkers and we did the virtual meeting together. John was terrific and really explained the details of the coffee.
Columbia Street Roastery has some of the best coffee in the area. A few of the favorites in our office are Jamaican Me Crazy, Vanilla Caramel Sundae, and European Blend. Their customer service is excellent, and we are so proud to have them as a local business!
Seems to be good roaster of several bean types that are sold locally.

Went to a two star because the two pound bag doesn't reseal. Shouldn't have messed with a good thing. Went from a 5 star to 3 star because "in line with industry standards" they've decreased the amount you get for the same price you paid just so it can be in a pretty little bag. No thanks. We'll find another place.

Only 2 stars because they just cheapened up on us all. Went from a full pound in a black bag to 12oz in a really pretty bag. Price is the same, must be an expensive new packaging. Lady told me they did this to be "in line with industry standards." Apparently "industry standards" means make people pay more for less. The coffee is still great but it's disappointing to pay the same for less product, just in a really pretty package. Super disappointed

I'd rate them 10 stars if I could. Have made many mail orders from them. Coffee is outstanding and very reasonably priced. I order a bunch to hit the free shipping threshold. And talk about shipping! Within an hour of the order I get the email that says they have shipped. And unlike other vendors that print labels and claim they shipped, I have never had an order that was not in the shippers hands the same day I placed it. The combination of quality coffee and outstanding service makes this a place I will continue to purchase from.
Perfect every time. Street parking out front is metered, but just around the far corner is free.
This is the best coffee. I have a standing monthly order, which comes like clockwork and makes things easy. Better quality product than anything you'd buy at a grocery store or get at any coffee shop.
Their Black Velvet roast is by far the best coffee I have ever had! The flavor is incredible and it has zero bitterness - a rare quality you won't get in dark roasts from other roasteries. Definitely a must-try.
Absolutely wonderful Beans. I have received 4 orders now from CSR and every single order has been of superb quality. Just opened my bag of Barista Blend Espresso and I am even more impressed with their quality. Thank you CSR for your commitment to quality and your love of Coffee (the drink of the gods).
