Worst coffee and customer service! The girl couldn’t remember my drink I repeated several times and she still got it wrong. I ask for a 12 oz and she ended up giving me a 20 oz (which I paid for) and left. I couldn’t keep waiting. Once I tasted the coffee it was burnt and not at all what I ordered!! Horrible experience but it’s typical for Human Bean in this area
Up until recently, I would start my day by grabbing my morning mocha. Most of the time my drink would already be made and ready by the time I pulled up…no need to tell them what I wanted because they already knew. This week, most everyone I knew there is no longer employed…Why?!? There’s something wrong when there’s a mass exodus of team members. To the owner of Human Bean, people don’t leave bad jobs, they leave bad bosses. Consider replacing your management team member with someone that can inspire. As for Val, Rees, Hailey, and Mady, I for one will miss the way you always greeted me in the mornings, Thank you.

Today my little family of 6 went through the drive-thru planning to buy 6 drinks and 2 cake pops. There were at least 2, but pretty sure 3 girls seen inside they seemed to care about the otherside more as they helped 2 cars from the otherside before I decided to leave due to no service or acknowledgement while we were there about 15 minutes, as soon as I fully left the parking lot they helped the next car that was behind us. We won't be returning again to that location. Best service is near Winco in Nampa on the Blvd, and off Blaine in Caldwell hands down I will drive the extra miles for actual customer service.

Human bean never disappoints they have good service and good drinks.
I worked at the human bean last year and worked at almost all of the locations. I see there are a lot of new faces and most of them really young. I'm not sure if the training is just lacking or if they don't have enough staff but if you want your Star location to succeed I would suggest hiring someone to train or start hiring people with some barista experience. We only ordered two drinks and they both came out wrong and with little to no flavoring in them. It was too the point where I didn't even want to correct her and have her fix mine because I didn't want another drink that was just as bad. I belive a part of the problem is the employees are not getting compensated fairly, so that they may provide quality service. Your baristas aren't going to provide a quality experience if they aren't receiving quality pay for there time.
My favorite is in Star. Nearly everyday I go though the drive and get my sugar free strawberry mocha. I do wish they had sugar free huckleberry.
Slow service. Not friendly, and owner wasn’t friendly either when I called to ask a question. Sarcastic. Couldn’t accommodate order requested, and did not apologize for it. Customer service isn’t important
Stopped by this location as our staff was having a training with a list of drinks for about 9 people we handed our list and apologized for the number of drinks and were welcomed with negative facial expressions as the list was shown to another staff member she too made negative expressions and made the experience uncomfortable..
Pretty good drinks 99% of the time.
Came here to grab some coffee for the road instead of going to our local place. Staff was dismissive, long wait, our drinks taste awful and had none of the flavors we asked for. Didn’t get whip cream, had to ask for it to be added. Drove away, realized we didn’t get straws and had to go back. Straw was too small and after trying to fish it out of the drink 3 times just gave up (didn’t want coffee all over my truck). Really ruined our morning as we typically don’t go out for coffee. Sitting here with full drinks headed to another shop so these can be replaced and thrown out. Waste of time and money, just a horrible experience all around. If you want a Human Bean experience, go to the Meridian location.

We want to like this place as they are fast and one of the only options in star. They consistently get our drinks wrong and have to re-ask the order continually while making the drink. I’m guessing this could be fixed if they would write down the order down somewhere. The staff is nice, but that doesn’t help when we are receiving the wrong drink 60%-70% of the time. We live in Star, so this isn’t a one off experience, but has happened at least 10 or more times.

They apparently close at 7:58 and not 8:00. Kinda disappointed but hey they gotta get home I guess.
