The gal that took my order was so sweet and fun. She helped me figure out my gift card balances and made sure my experience was memorable. Coffee is tasty and not expensive. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to try new places.
I got breakfast here (the cranberry panini with a peppermint mocha) and it was delicious although it took a little time but staff was friendly and it was totally worth it!
This coffee shop tastes amazing and their employees are very kind, compassionate, and very fast, I ordered three drinks today and employee trey I hope I spelled his name right was so fast and efficient l, he even gave me a carrier tray before I had to ask he definitely makes the experience a 10/10.
Best coffee in Idaho. Glad this Utah based company came up into the treasure valley.
Been going here since it opened a couple years ago..Great beverages and food with excellent service each time. Highly recommend. Am betting most complaints are people who had to wait to be served. They only have person working the majority of the time. If you don’t have the patience to wait before your turn, then maybe Idaho ain’t for you.
Super great service. The coffee shop manager is very pleasant and friendly. I enjoy grabbing a coffee and a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and taking a moment to catch up on emails etc. Typically no wait time like some other coffee joints. Plus there is a hardware store!
This place used to be alright but this is the last time I’ll go there. Ordered several sandwiches, they took 20 minutes and they all came out like garbage. Normally the croissant is soft and moist but the croissants on all the sandwiches were extremely dry and hard. The ham in one of the sandwiches was cold. Would have been better off throwing my money in the trash, at least would have saved some time.

I am from SLC UTAH just visiting here in Idaho. Was very happy to find a Beans and Brews here. The coffee was the same high quality and the service was excellent. I will be visiting here again before returning home after the holidays.
Friendly service every time I go, and the drinks are really good. Nice to stop by after grocery shopping.
Coffee along with the service was not very good, will stick with Bobbie Jean's Coffee down the street.
Ya know what? This place is fine. They use pre made stuff like whip and blended mix. No blender I guess? Very sweet drinks and sometimes burnt espresso but if you’re getting groceries and want coffee then it’s fine. I think it could be better and be a place that people are coming there for with some continued and better staff training. Also- there is no option to tip the staff at the counter or on your receipt so if you are a barista you want to stay away from this place.
Not sure if they are still ironing things out but I ordered a drink that an employee had made for me before but today when I ordered the drink I recieved a horrible attitude. The female employee with dark black/greenish tinted hair then started to talk about me to the other employees and handed me my drink blended when I asked for it iced. Don't waste your time and money here. It is not worth being treated poorly.
The new ridley is very nice including the Employees throughout the store. The Employees working the coffee shop are rude and have poor attitudes
