This location is e x t r e m e l y slow, especially in comparison with the location on Main St. It is literally faster for me to drive out of my way to get coffee at the Main St. location and then drive up the hill than it is to stop there on my way to drop kids off at the high school. I'd chalk this up to training???? Maybe???? But the people working here also often seem very irritated about being there. Somethin's up at this location, fam.

I was very disappointed and angry today at the Thain branch of Dutch bros In Lewiston. My wife and I go to this on and downtown branch frequently. Always tip well and usually love the service. Today however we were waiting in line on our way to work an a gentleman from Oregonin in a prius drove infront of us . We had already been waiting. We let the girls taking orders. Know that the man cut in line and that we needed to be next. They laughed and went to the Man that cut Line anyways. My wife and I spend alot of money at the thain branch. An this treatment today will keep us from visiting this branch anytime soon.

The baristas at Dutch bros. Are the best around. It's not even the coffee as much as the way they treat you. Big smiles, friendly, funny, and polite. They always remember me and ask about the change in car or a hair change. The coffee is good too, but the baristas can't be beat!

This coffee shop is amazing . All their points are digital so no loosing your punch cards, the coffee is never burned, and their employees are always so joyful and kind and happy . And it is so much cheaper then anywhere else.
