I've been going to Fitzgeralds for 2 years, everytime I go in I'm greeted, thank you for always taking care of me, yes I do see summer time they can get overwhelmed but even saying that they've always managed to get me in an taking care of conveniently! My bikes always ready!
Needed a part for my daughters 5th grade bike ride trip and needed it in a hurry since the night before it just didn’t work. They were awesome to help and gave me some tips on the repair. Super friendly and helpful.
I purchased a bike in October '22 and another one in May '23. The entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and super friendly! Their support does not stop when you buy the bike -- they are there for you every step of the way afterwards as well. The shop does get busy at times, which is completely understandable considering how popular they are, but they give that same quality of service to everyone that comes through their doors. They also can and will order you anything that you need if it's not in stock, otherwise they can happily give recommendations on other places to find what you are looking for. It is literally my go-to place for everything and I can't recommend them enough!! And no, I am NOT being paid for this review ;)
They were able to put a new wheel and tire on my partner's bike just in time to ride GTNP the next day. Awesome people and great service!
I brought my new bike in for an adjustment and fitting and Brian was beyond helpful! He got my bike all ready for the season and was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I will recommend anybody to bring their bike here!
Assomme bike shop. My cousin and I stopped by during a bicycle tour along the Rockies for a wheel repair / replacement, the staff was super friendly, the mechanics were great, the coffee was great... We strongly recommend this shop.
Fitzgerald's is fantastic! I went in a few months ago after finding excessive resistance in several bearings, fully expecting to need the components replaced. They were able to use their parts cleaners to fully clean the dirty components and found no hard part damage, so they regreased the bearings and gave my bike back working flawlessly! I'm really impressed with their integrity in not upselling me on components I didn't need even though I thought I did.
I needed to replace the tubes of my tires and they were super enthusiastic and got it done a timely manner. It was also pretty cheap! Definitely will go back!
Friendly folks, jumped right on my tire issue. Highly recommended if in Idaho Falls.

I purchased a Salsa originally from Fitzgerald's in Victor and live out of state. Was having some issues with the drive train and dropped it off in Idaho Falls. They had efficient friendly service and were able to work it into their schedule which really helped my travel plans. They took apart all of the pieces and then put it back together and the best part is the constant clicking is now gone. I would highly recommend their service and would be happy to take my bike in to them anytime!
Super unprofessional. We ordered a bike and were told it would arrive in a week. Two weeks later we called and were told it was in and waiting to be built, it would be done in three days. One week later we called and were told they screwed up the order and had ordered a new one and it would be ready Thursday. It’s Friday. We still don’t have the bike. Maybe some of this could have been excused if they had bothered to call and communicate their mistake when they found it instead of waiting for us to call. The bike is currently at the shop but evidently our build is not priority despite our ridiculous wait. I think four weeks should put us first in line, no?
Best bike shop in the area. Everyone I have interacted with has been knowledgeable and wanted to help. All very friendly and trying to get you into the right product, they aren't just trying to push a sale.
Hands down the best bike shop in Idaho Falls! Taylor has been fantastic to work with. The service shop is super knowledgeable and great to work with as well. You can now buy a cup of coffee in the shop, does it really get any better?
Unfortunately was unable to do business. Very clean an organized store. Walked in and no acknowledgement. Both employees were with customers so I waited and walked around until someone was free. To my surprise, no acknowledgement, so I left and the employee that was freed up was outside talking some washing a bike.

Taylor killed it will customer service! Stopped by to purchase a Tenkara Rod Co. fishing rod. Only place I could find them in stock locally. She was knowledgable and super stoked. A pleasure to deal with. Ended up leaving with an Electra beach cruiser on order for my wife and a plan to order 2 more for my daughters. Great job Fitzgeralds.
