Okay. I understand chatting with the customers a little bit but, sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins because the people at the window won't stop talking even after getting their order is nuts. This hasn't been a problem in the past, just the past couple of weeks. The person at the window needs to put their foot down more then it comes to the super chatty customers. Some of us just want to get our drink and head to work.

This is a general Dutch bro review and not this particular store. I wanted to give it 1 star but didn’t want the location to look bad. It’s the point system. I get within 4 or 5 points of a free drink and there’s a campaign points expiration. If you don’t buy coffee every day, Dutch bros reward system isn’t good. Go to Starbucks. Besides, it has more options and you can order online. Less chance of order being messed up.
They have hired new staff so it takes a bit longer due to training, but so worth it. Be patient, understand that they are learning just like you once did.

I'm a fan of Dutch bros coffee. Any of the stores we have been to the staff have al2ays been great and friendly. They always have great recommendations on drinks and they will make your drinks how ever you want even if uts a bit strange. And if your drink is up to what you order they fix it. Best coffee ever and the employee's are so nice! Mom life=coffee! We lived in Oregon and loved dutchies so when we got locations here we were so glad they didn't disappoint!
These guys go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Best service in town, and whatever you guys are doing to keep your employees happy, it's working!
Dutch Brothers is flat out the best coffee experience that I’ve integrated into my daily routine, the people are always so friendly and welcoming, makes you feel great for the rest of the day, I love them and totally dig all of their drinks hot or cold!!

I keep it simple. I always get the iced chocolate milk 😅. Everytime it's always super!! Sometimes I go crazy and add whip cream on top. PERFECTION! I loved today's visit because the workers there were so friendly and full of energy. They made me want to sit there and just talk. Great experience overall. No complaints.
Love dutch brothers except the price but you do get slot of coffee in a large.
They are always upbeat here. It used to annoy me, but after making this poor girl cry cause I was so grumpy, I finally realized life was worth living. Been happy every since!

All the Dutch Bros locations in town are great but this is my favorite! Belle makes my day any time I see her! The employees are always so kind and patient, especially when I've had a rough day and need a little extra time to order. I feel like the most important customer in the world whenever I drive up, and the great thing is I know they treat everyone else like that too. Drinks are DELICIOUS and they are never out of any of the flavors I want. I'm always excited because I know I'm going to get exactly what I want when I plan a trip in my day. Best coffee/drink place EVER!!!!
Abby!!! Seriously!!! If I had a business of my own I would absolutely positively steal her away! I am used to loving Dutch Bros employees.... but Abby ❤❤❤ She gave such a good name to this location and I might just drive out here instead of the one closer to my house that I'm used to. I appreciate customer service like this! :)
