It was really good I was so happy to get one
Boba drink so great, boba not too soft or too hard, inside still have sweetness and brown sugar flavor. Also tea also good. Corndog definitely is good snack option
Amazing customer service. They took such care to make sure our drinks and food were made perfectly! Such a unique idea to have in idaho falls. So worth the wait time and much appreciated hard work on their behalf!!!! 10/10 recommend

Went there the other day the boba was good but the lady working was very rude I do not recommend going here as the customer service was horrible.
Amazing boba, amazing service! They really accommodated my needs and took the time to answer questions and explain the menu. So happy to have another boba place in the area that isn’t so often out of their menu items. Definitely coming back!
Listen up friends! Hanging out in the parking lot with a good buddy of mine, sipping on Boba, having an experience of a lifetime! I got the Horchata Boba and my buddy, got some fruity delight of some sort, and we are both in a hog heaven! What an afternoon to celebrate! Edited: Great service and trying boba with my son was fun 😊 the different flavors of tea tasted different than what I'm used to, but the popping boba tasted great and was fun to get. The prices are also reasonable. For reference we tried the strawberry tea and the peach tea, but I am definitely willing to try a different flavor next time.

Betty’s has the best boba + milk tea I’ve had in the US! I’ve tried the Taro milk tea and the Hokkaido milk tea so far, and both have great flavor and are wonderfully creamy. The boba is clearly freshly made and is still warm when you get it, and I’ve honestly never had such perfectly prepared boba in the states before (and I’ve tried a LOT of places!). It has a great flavor and texture. Combine all this with their great prices and super friendly staff, and it’s one of my favorite drink places in all of Idaho Falls! I’d be there every day if it wasn’t so far from my house. :)
They have grate products there I just don't like that kinda tea.
Never open... Everytime I go there the hours say it should be open but it isn't.
It is so incredible to get delicious boba in SE Idaho! It was cold, fresh, and sweet! We tried the taro milk tea and the raspberry tea, both with boba. They were incredible and reasonably priced. Also how cute is the decor?
i had the best experience here! they stayed a few minutes open late for my friend and i to make it, and the customer service was amazing. boba tastes sooo yummy too!!!
We LOVE this boba shop!! The lady is so nice! And its just fun to get a boba tea!! There a lot of flavors!! My favorite is the strawberry bursting bubbles...or whatever its called! I love it!! 5 stars!! They are nice, its clean, a fun refreshing treat! Kids are always asking for one!! A little expensive for me but then again every thing is now a days.. all in all fantastic things are being said about it! And everyone i talk to loves it too!!
Top tier boba. Hard to find good boba in IF and they have great options for people who are on the fence and have never had it before. Highly recommend.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at Betty’s Boba. Their tea is amazing, the boba is fresh, and their selection is very wide. They are the best boba place in town. I once had a bad experience on a very busy weekend, and the owner was quick to make the situation right and make me feel like the situation was rectified. This place will always have my business! 🤍
