I absolutely love the craft and quality from Bear & Blue! My son got a new door sign for his room, and I got a new sign for my classroom (among other goodies I couldn’t resist). 💕 #shopsmallbusiness
I received 5 sweatshirts that were given to me as a gift from my sister that she purchased from this shop. I have washed my kiddos sweatshirts twice and mine about 4 times and the artwork that was placed on it has probably 80% washed off my kids and all the way washed off mine. The imagine looks terrible now on them. I’m so sad about it because they were a special gift and now you cannot even see the image. I washed them inside out in cold water. I feel a one star review is more than this business deserves; not just because of the dissatisfaction of the quality but because my sister was treated poorly when she reached out to get this resolved. I would NOT recommend this business to ANYONE.
I have visited this unique local shop on several ocasdions! It’s magical and has a large variety of crafts homemade and gifts! And good grub if you choose. The owner and staff and so fun and knowledgeable. The handmade tree and leaves is breathtaking! And very reasonably priced! But local and see this great iconic shop! 💯❤️
I asked for a Bigfoot themed sweatshirt for my dad as a birthday gift and wow did Bear & Blue Creative deliver! The sweatshirt was AMAZING! Bear & Blue listened to my particular requests and designed the perfect sweatshirt with attention to detail. It’s so well done! They even packaged it with so much care and included a few Bigfoot stickers. I know my dad will enjoy wearing this for years to come. I will definitely shop with Bear & Blue Creative again.
Extremely poor customer service and communication skills. Simply put, I ordered a shirt back in November and never received it. I was never informed that my shirt was discontinued nor kept up to date about my missing order, despite numerous emails. I only received a response about my order once I posted on the company’s Facebook page, which was met with nothing but hostility and attitude. Edited to add-The response to this review by the shop owner literally speaks for itself and depicts the lack of professionalism for the business. A simple one paragraph poor review merits a novel response by the business. I have all the records and exact emails to back my statements. I never asked for a refund because you kept ensuring that my shirt would come, but yet it never did. Why sell a shirt on your website if it is unavailable? So did you or did you not mail the refund check? Your post says yes, but then refers to legal. I have emailed your "legal", aka your husband, but he has yet to respond to my emails either...shocker.
Bear & Blue has made and printed MANY things for me! I’m always completely happy. Impeccable work, easy to talk to about requests and great quality. They are my go to for so many things.
I have printed numerous times in the past with Snake River Printing Company. Following their merger with Bear and Blue, I chose to print my husband’s graduation announcements there. I design all my files myself in Photoshop, and I emailed the file over to be printed. After we picked up the finished product, I was horrified at the terrible, pixelated quality of the print. I contacted Laura and asked if I could please get a refund so I could print the file elsewhere. She claimed that the miserable quality print was my fault, and was quite snippy about it. She didn’t offer to reprint, nor did she offer any other resolution. The print from Bear and Blue is barely even legible 😞 I sent the exact same file to another local print shop, and the quality is great, thus proving the file itself was not to be blamed. I will be using the other print shop from here forward.
I love Bear & Blue! They have so many creative, custom products in store. Their printing for small or large prints are the best prices I have ever seen- for traditional sized photo prints, announcements, invitations, posters, etc.
I love the product....but plan on 3 times the wait time to get an order!!! Told me 2 week..was 2 months
So many different things to choose from. Fun to hang out on the patio and play games in the summer... one in the near future, hopefully.

This place is amazing. She makes a bunch of adorable decor, apparel, coffee cups, barware, etc... And she makes custom stuff too! Seriously check her stuff out!
