Both on the phone and in person, the customer service was outstanding and consistent. They very quickly helped me find desired books, order books, and consider similar books that I was unfamiliar with. Very personable, professional, and detailed.
I love the smell as soon as I walk in.
Staff is always excellent and willing to help. Very knowledgeable and when they aren't sure they have no problem looking up information for customers.
Can’t go wrong at a bookstore! And the cafe of course was clean and they were friendly. Iced classes chai.

Barnes & Noble is fun when hanging out with friends, to find a gift, or to read something new that you are interested in. A lot of Harry Potter merchandise, toys, romances, action, etc. As well if you love wands and Dobby you can get both!

My favorite place!!! The staff at this store is always friendly. They are always willing to help in any way they can. This is always the first stop we make when we come to town. The store is always clean and very well organized. I highly recommend joining the rewards program. The discount alone makes it worth it.

Always enjoyed my time here, got some unique gifts for my nieces and nephews. The toy department might be more robust than target and defiantly has more options. Not very many places anymore you can actually touch a book.
Always a favorite place in the mall. However, good luck getting any help from the staff. They all act like you are bothering them if you ask for help but I love their store in general.

Great selection, friendly staff, and a great brick and mortar book store
This, Barnes & Noble is always a joy to visit. When I lived here 10 years ago, I used to go every Sunday to enjoy some coffee and a book. I returned this week to find that it had not changed a whole lot and that was a wonderful thing. The store was clean and the staff was helpful. They have an excellent selection of books as well as gifts and children’s items.
