I was here a few days ago. The place was not full however the two servers couldn’t seem to work as a team. It was an older lady and a young lady. They brought out the food one by one….. so when my wife finished her food that was when my food was brought out. When my food was delivered I was given no silverware. The waitress told me she would bring it some. She never did, I had to get up and get them myself. I had ordered a banana bread, mind you they ask you order and pay for your food using a QR code. I did so and paid for my food. My banana bread never came out. When I brought out it up I was told they had run out. The older lady told me she could refund me my money. Minutes went by and nothing…. I got up to get the money myself and she had forgotten. Also the food portions aren’t that great. I arrived hungry and left hungry.
I'm just a disgruntled employee. Don't like these guys and the way they do things.
Poor coffee; tasted watered down. Impatient and abrasive waitress. Before we could even set our water glass down, she was loudly directing me to “give her the glass give her the glass”. Unpleasant experience, unfortunately.
okay experience. Coffee tasted good, but the cup and cover looks cheap.
Great and friendly staff, food came out pretty quick and most importantly, the food was delicious. My family and I enjoyed our food. Cute spot too!
Service was fantastic, the ladies here were so friendly and attentive. Food was full of flavour. The tacos were amazing. Worth going for a quick brekkie or brunch
Welcome to Hawaii, where hours of operation are a recommendation and not a set standard. Showed up at 1pm and although the closing time is 2pm (for a place that serves lunch food) I was told the kitchen was no longer open.
I was really excited about this place but they were out of quite a few items. No waffles, pancakes, macadamia nut for lattes.
Drove here for half an hour only for them to tell us they won’t serve us food because they close in 45 minutes. Change your hours so you don’t waste people’s time.
Extremly rude and condescending staff, especially in front of my kiddos. Not worth it, so many other options that are way better. Never again!
This location was super close to our AirBnB so we had decided to swing by for breakfast before our day started. It did not disappoint! Their acai bowl was my favourite!
The best cappuccino! The best breakfast sandwich. I changed mine from ham to bacon.🥓 Perfect. 🥰
Our first stop and last within the short week we were here. Wonderful dinner and a fabulous breakfast to finish our visit. My only regret was that they were out of size xxl men's tee-shirt in the lava red.please let me know when they are resupplied. Thanks
Got the açaí bowl and the mocha — both were amazing! More so the açaí bowl. Very peaceful ambience with birds chirping and a laid back vibe. Vegan options were a little lacking but overall worth a visit.
Good basic stop for breakfast and lunch in Waikoloa Village. Not quite as good as the one in downtown Kona but the best of casual breakfast options in Waikoloa for sure. Quieter than the spots in the resort area. You aren't going for the view though. The place is kept nice enough but it is located in a basic strip mall with a parking lot view.
The service was excellent, the food was excellent, and the prices were very good for the area. I loved how kind they were. The outdoor seating was shaded and very nice. The problem is that the menu posted here on Google is not the menu here. They have a more limited menu than the other locations and the luau omelette is what I came here for but what they do not offer. Their menu is about 1/2 the size of the menu posted on Google here. That would have been nice to know before I traveled here. They should remove those menu pics from Google. For anyone with a nut allergy, every granola item on the menu has almonds in the granola. It really slashes the menu in half. They didn't disclose this until after we'd ordered our acai bowl.
Excellent service, great food, reasonable prices. The app ordering system makes the ordering and payment procedure fast and convenient. Limited tabls but not a long wait. The eggs benedict with croissant was an interesting delicious twist.
Cute breakfast place. The staff and food were both great!
Limited menu but cute restaurant, delicious food and coffee, and very friendly staff!
Our family is here on vacation and to get away from the hustle and bustle. From the moment we walked in the woman who appeared to be in charge was quite rude and bossy. She assumed we were doing everything wrong and gave us orders, instead of asking what we may need. She ordered us to sit at a table too small for our family, never asking how many were in our party. The QR ordering was not informative enough and food came out with additions we did not want or enjoy. The waitress was sweet, but clearly overwhelmed. The food was good, not great. We received a partially made waffle, but paid a full price. The country potatoes were covered in pretzel salt and almost inedible. My husband’s açaí bowl and coffee was the last thing to arrive at our table, after the other 5 people in our party were almost done. Our water cups sat empty for 20 minutes while we finished our food and waited for the one thing we ordered that didn’t require cooking. We watched the lady in charge bark orders at many other people walking in and clearly upsetting them too. When we finished our meal, my husband paid with cash at the table, and not on the app. She yelled at us while walking out the door in front of everyone and accused us of not paying. The food was average, but the experience was atrocious. Not worth the $95 + tip, yes we tip.
