GRUMPY service. Coffee and chai were mediocre.
Great friendly service. Presentation of their food was awesome. Drinks made to order was fresh and hot. Love it.
Absolutely love this place. They have the best coffee milkshakes that I have ever tried. Definitely a really heavy coffee but perfect in the morning right before a hike. I love their cookies and cream matcha

There is a Review stating they had block mold and I went solely to see I surveyed the display closely the male worker with baseball cap was attentive and asked questions the female as well. The issue is the female worker who was on drive through (many piercing in her face) no drive a lot of lip and is a deterrent to the workers it’s a fast paced environment it’s 9am everyone wants coffee. She is slow and her attitude isnt one that needs to be in customer service. She was literally drinking a frapp while people are waiting😭 Black mold is gone and the other two workers seem to have

Super cute coffee shop, great coffee! Husband and I got blended drinks and they definitely have a lot of flavor, which I love!
Varied drink flavors, excellent service.
Not only have I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, I decided to try again and instead go inside. I waited again the same amount and I see why. They only have 3 people working and one of the baristas talks to the guest closest to her the entire time.
Great selection of coffee drinks. I grab a mocha latte so I can't speak to the quality of their regular pours but it was decent. Service was a bit slow but they were training a new barista and I can understand that things take time when teaching. Overall great experience.

Ordered an iced black tea latte this morning. Like I usually do. Today it was iced water with a splash of milk or something. Tried to call to inform them but no answer. They just need to check their recipe again.
OK, I love the drinks there. We get the Thai cold brew and the Lychee iced tea (when they have it). But the last 3 different times, man, the drive thur waiting tines are ridiculous. It's taking over 40 mins with at least 3 cars ahead of us. We have also gone in and it's faster. So do not use the drive thur. Go on instead, you are out in less then 10 mins
The service was terrible. I had to flag down a server to take my order. I was totally ignored at the counter. TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
BLACK MOLD IN THE FOOD DISPLAY. The workers are running the business to the ground. Make believe policy's and lies of new workers training so they can do what they like with no consequences. Costumer service is non existent. NOT TO MENTION THE BLACK MOLD! on both sides of the food counter bottom row the black mold is growing strong. It takes little effort to Notice it and is covered up lazily with cardboard and tape. It's sad to see a good location end up like this. Full purge of the current staff with a massive quality rehire with actual experience training and compassion would do them good.
The salmon bagel sandwich was amazing. Even better when they heat it up.

The working woman takes the wrong order and has no customers, so she is free, but she does not answer questions and pretends to be busy. I ordered iced coffee, but I went back with iced caramel latte in a paper cup.
Slowest and unfriendliest coffee shop on the island. AC is broken, mosquitoes flying around in the store and the floor of the prep area is FILTHY.
So convenient with the drive thru. Inside is very spacious. Love the drinks and bites available. Always take advantage of sales and deals.
