Really horrible customer service and coffee is pretty bad. The fact that it's overpriced doesn't bother me since I was the one who agreed to order it after all, but at least give your customers something decent to consume. Food is not too bad, but takes forever to get ready. The worst is probably the attitude of the cashiers and baristas, they often give off the vibe that I'm bothering them especially when I order food (I guess because it takes them longer to make it? IDK) but will not be supporting this cafe any longer. Would be a lot nicer if they had a different local cafe or even Starbucks/Coffee Bean instead of this cafe on campus. Aesthetically, it's not a bad looking cafe, but attitude and quality of drinks & food is much more important to me.
Every time I try to order a sandwich that is in the case they tell me they don’t make it anymore

I've waited 20 minutes for my drink while 5 people after me who have ordered, already got their drinks. They have not acknowledged the fact that they taken their time on my order.

Great coffee and service. Music they play is awesome too!
