So delicious, amazing coconut pudding, never had it before and loved it!!
We ate here many mornings because it was close to our hotel, the service was great and fast, and the food was delicious! My favorite was the tow in: I dream about that thick slice of Hawaiian bread with that sweet syrup and Haupia pudding on top! Plus the eggs, sausage or bacon filled us up for the morning! I told Mryna (spelling?) the woman who was taking our orders and running those orders out to people when it was our last day there, and before we left she somehow managed to run out to me and give me a cute canvas bag with the cafe’s logo on it, thanking us for stopping by! I hope to visit this place again someday when we return to Kauai!
Came here everyday I’ve been on the island so far. Brought our entire group here after the first day because it was so good! Highly recommended!!
Adorable Cafe with the most friendly staff and delicious breakfast!! French toast is a must try. Amazing local favorites & Portuguese sausage is something we look forward to every time we visit Hawaii. This is a must stop for breakfast!! Mahalo for the amazing experience❣️❤️🌺
Great and fast breakfast. Nowhere to sit inside but outdoor seating available.
Absolutely the Best breakfast spot. Once we found this place it was an every morning thing for us while on vacation. A must try
Good food, fast service, they have a few picnic benches to eat on otherwise you can just take your food to a nearby beach. We went to the spouting horn blow hole.
Food is carry-out with no indoor seating, but several picnic tables are available outside.
Chris, Sanoe and Jasmine do an amazing job! They get people in and out with lightning speed all with a smile and welcoming conversation. If ever in Poipu tou MUST go there for breakfast! Get there early though as they close at 12pm.
This place has nothing any more, no pancakes or loco moco. We didn't order anything cause the menu is super small compared to online. Went somewhere else.
Great food. Good value, a favorite go to when visiting the island. Hands down best breakfast spot.
Best cafe in the area, probably all of Kuai'i. Loved both the Surfer Bowl (savory) and the Riptide (sweet). Quick service and refills on coffee.
There were three women running this entire operation, and they absolutely rocked it. Big kudos to the staff. The line was out the door, but they consistently got everyone's order out within 10 minutes, probably closer to 5. Food was really good. I had the lemon/berry french toast and would recommend it. This is a counter service style restaurant with a little bit of seating outside, so don't plan to "dine in."
Great place to eat! So much less expensive than the hotels and it’s a local owned small restaurant. It’s small, seating is limited, but don’t let that fool you. Fair pricing for the island. The wife and I loved the brief 5 minute walk to get there to see nature thriving. Do yourself a favor and eat here. 4 out of 5 for a very small language barrier. ( Possibly my fault, I’m partially deaf in one ear). Go eat here!!!
Suggest you do take out as their is just a small area to eat. We had breakfast and the food was great and good mix of Hawaiian style dishes and traditional American breakfast dishes. All of them are food.
A great brunch spot. Delicious food and cute shopping center near by. Kauai Juice company next door has delicious juices too.
we must have come on an off day, as the food was bland and inedible. the bacon was so cold/tough/chewy and the eggs had no seasoning. on the plus side, my toddler liked the plain white rice. service is fast and kind, but food is nothing we’d ever want to eat again.
Bacon was thick and chewy, which is what I’m looking for in the morning. French toast was worth a second trip to try a both the coconut and lemon flavors.
If there is a line you better wait in that line. BEYOND worth it. We ordered the Kalua Pork Fried Rice and the Surfer Bowl with the works. Some of the best food we have enjoyed in Kauai thus far. The hibiscus tea and iced coffee was also very delicious. Would recommend this place ten times over. Everyone working is also very friendly and a great environment.
Best breakfast so far! I got the kalua pork fried rice thinking it would be like “fried rice” but was presently surprised that it was crispy rice with kalua pork. So good! It’s worth the short wait. Very friendly staff.
