The coffee tastes burnt!
The owner and staff are very nice and professional. It's a great place to go anytime of the day!
The Service is excelent and so is the location but the thing they fail in is the workers, Everytine i go i order smoothies but everytime it comes out different sometimes little flavor and chunks of ice, other times no chunks of ice and good flavor. There is no default to it.
Very polite staff - clear they care! Good coffee :) Unfortunately, they will probably fail in Rome. The coffee is just as expensive as Starbucks and even more so than locals Swift and Finch and The Sharp Sickle. They are also right across the street from Dunkin - which is cheaper. Though it is a cute shop with fine coffee, Rome is already full in the coffee area and scooters is just too expensive to compete.
Disappointing to say the least...I got served some lukewarm coffee and the birthday cake bite I got tasted kinda stale?
Food tasted expired, coffee was bland. would not come back
Bland Coffee, and felt like i was rushed through my order, just go to Starbucks it's right down the road
Love that this little Midwestern joint decided to spring up in Rome. I prefer this over Starbucks! Delicious with tons of options, and it has a homey taste that I can’t copy at home, ironically
Got 3 drinks. 2 smoothies...didn't taste good but my redbull refresher drink was good.
Absolutely AMAZING service every time! Baristas don’t only make your drink they’re excited to make them as well as recommendations. Breakfast ALL DAY and if you get the sausage burrito use the salsa no questions asked and thank me later! Could not ask for a better latte in town. Not to mention the Redbull infusions with a flavored cold foam are to die for!

This place is AMAZING!!! Coffee is great, a ton better than starbucks, better app experience and my doggo loves his pup cup's too. The service is EXCEPTIONAL and I will never go anywhere else in Rome for my coffee.
Stopped by for the first time today and it was great! The coffee is wonderful and so is the maple waffle sandwich. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I’ve always been a Starbucks gal, but Scooter’s is just as great, maybe even better! We will definitely be back!

Was really starting to like this place until i was brought this as a redbull infusion.... seems to be missing something.. maybe next time if there is one
My husband and I wanted to get some coffee, and decided to try Scooter’s for the first time. Coffee was delicious, we loved that they have oat milk. The girl at the window was very professional, and her customer service is excellent. Great location, easy to enter and exit. I will recommend it to family and co-workers. We’ll definitely coming back!!!
Man, oh man! Starbucks and Dunkin better move over, there is a new flavor in town and it blows what you've had out of the water. This place takes flavor balance to all new highs! Very close to town and swift mellow roasted goodness! When in Rome, try Scooter's coffee! ☕️
