Pretty bad ..took 10 weeks to get a cinnamon rolls on Sundays....when by there today and the promotion that you don't have it either...rather go to Dunkin...it might be frozen doughnuts but at least it's not out of stock... This location has issues....

Stopped to get some donuts and the dining room was locked with no sign saying closed. They lost my business.

The week before Easter, I called and asked about ordering donuts for Easter Sunday, they told me that would be fine just come hey the day before. I did as told then was told they had 4 orders and couldn’t handle my order. Plus you can’t go inside! Guess we are now Dunkin Donut people! Lost some longtime customers
Out of everything all the time for more or less a year now. Only glazed and they are cold,hard, stale, and nearly 2$ for a single basic doughnut.
The staff are helpful and the donuts always make for a great treat!

I love Krispy Kreme donuts. However last week when I went through the drive through I asked for three glazed and three chocolate glazed, I got the chocolate but the other three were raspberry filled. They were still delicious tho!
My son is a big donut eater. We don't have a Krispy Kreme at home, so I decided to let him try it. I think he liked them. I'd give it a 8 out of 10 based off his reaction to other places. I tired a mini chocolate covered glazed. The chocolate was strong!!
Only rate them this high because of the price of a dozen, also my third batch of a dozen donuts was luke warm like they were sitting out for a little. Aside from that still great donuts. 👍
Came to see if they still had the specialty doughnuts from the day before. Lobby was closed so we went through the drive-through but no one answered. Drove around the building and saw two male workers lounging around the lobby on their phones. Went through the drive through again and my bf politely asked if they still had the fun doughnuts; he was met with a very sassy worker who said “we don’t have doughnuts…for you. The holiday is over and so we don’t have them at all”. We were so taken aback because just the day before (St. Patrick’s Day) the workers had been so polite and customer service oriented. We decided to leave and said thank you to which the response was “ta-ta! Go on and come again!”
Stopped by here to get donuts they only had 2 styles st Patrick day donut with green icing and chocolate sprinkles. One day people will figure out not everyone likes all the extra icing and sprinkles on donuts . Very disappointed never will go back
Had to drive around twice and bang on the front door to get someone to come on the drive thru speaker. :( What are these kids doing? Who are these business owners hiring? What happened to EXCELLENT customer service? These kids look so dead inside. :( Sad times we live in.
made a pickup order to get a customized dozen for $17. (normal dozens are $14) when i get there i get told they were only able to do the chocolate iced crème filled donuts. told them that was fine. these donuts weren’t bad, at least, not the worst. cold, kinda stale, like they’d been sitting over their shelf life. like maybe over 4 hours. however, what got me (and what results in this 1 star review that i doubt they’ll take seriously) is that i had to go back out to the car to get my card, because i added 2 small milks, and when i came back in the tall gentleman was bringing out a fresh baked pan of glazed donuts. so?? why couldn’t i have fresh donuts? i would’ve waited. on top of this, i paid $17. idk how much it actually should have been as i originally ordered online. wont be coming back here. i suggest everyone go to a different krispy kreme.
At Rome, Ga location is SSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWWW as Christmas and when you leave the line and drive off employees on phone. Where is management at this location??? Asleep with the rest of the employees????? Ridiculous!!!!!!!
Very hit and miss! Tonight they only had a few donuts period. They were out of donuts! I cannot figure put if you only sell donuts who can you be out of donuts! The last time was fine but the time before that they sold the mini donuts as original size
I love the krispy kreme in town they always have seasonal doughnuts that I don't mind over paying for. Now, the service could up some improvement, but the one order gentleman that took my order last week was terrific. Must be an age thing.... I do have a problem watching those doughnuts on the conveyer belt fall into the trash if they are not pulled in time. Oh, the waste just kills me. 🙄
