First time to visit the Broad Street location. Nice spot for ice cream and shakes. There are patio tables on the sidewalk for those who like to sit and people watch. It has a great atmosphere. I would describe it as eclectic.
Neat store with candy and ice cream options. The soft serve was available in 8-10 flavors and was pretty tasty.
Best Ice cream in town. Definitely our favorite ice cream in Rome.

We love to stop here for an ice cream or boba tea when we are in town. Plus they have so many kinds of candy, it's hard to choose your favorite!

They never pick up the phone anytime I call. Been trying for over two weeks now and I live an hour away and unfortunately they’re the only place that has a specific flavor I’m looking for. Please do better or find someone capable enough to hit that little green button on the phone whenever someone calls. It’s not that difficult

There are multiple choices between frozen yogurt and ice cream. So many toppings, and the atmosphere is amazing! It's candy themed, which was so fun! The staff was super friendly as well!
Said open until 10pm but lo ked us out at 9:30pm. Rude. Bunch of young kids that obviously wanted to go home early.
This place is awesome! Their menu is extensive and they have everything from candy, soda fountain drinks, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and the list goes on. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be going back again!

It's just ice cream w- coffee flavoring. I'm not here to knock anyone, but this ain't coffee. Waited outside with other customers and employees while manager was 15 minutes late. Then another 5 minutes for them to set everything up. Then manager was very rude while ordering. Only gave 2 stars because the ice cream was good.
Selection was amusing and cool! Employees were not friendly. No greeting when we walked in and no eye contact while being served. It was weird. Put a tip in the jar and didn't even get a thank you.
All sorts of delicious treats from unique candies and sweets to old-fashioned malts and ice cream flavors.
Charged me 13.98 for a waffle cone with frozen yogurt. Can't even get an answer on the phone and no way to speak with owner or manager to make it right. You can't even leave them a message.
