Drinks are always on point at this location!! Staff isn't very personable, but it's easy to overlook when they know how to properly make drinks.
Amazing experience always! Never had an issue, workers are always polite and welcoming, best of all, they support veterans! 11/10 recommended this location.
Worst experience ever after we spent 30 dollars I go in to use restroom and on my way back out a guy who claims to be owner tells me they are closed and harasses me cussed me out and threatens to fight me oh and also claims stolen valor by saying he is a marine very disrespectful staff will not be returning.
They have the best oreo wow and cappuccino around 😍
This used to be my favorite place to get boba but lately I’ve been having bad experience here. Depends on who’s working it can really be hit or miss. Tonight I ordered two drinks. My husband and I waited patiently for 20 mins. Many people who came after us had gotten their orders already. I went to check with a staff and she said one drink is ready but they’re working on the other one. Waited for another 10 mins, checked with staff again. She said she will check on it. We watched them making everyone else’s order but not us. Finally our order was ready. Turns out both drinks were not good. The tea I got had bobas in it and the boba was hard and had a sour taste to it. It tastes like it’s been out for too long and not fresh at all. The other drink didn’t taste good like it used to be. I tried to support my local business but I feel like staff need to learn how to handle their orders. If something has ran out just tell us, instead of having us wait and wait and wait.
First time having kung fu tea, will definitely be back. The staff was very sweet and helpful. It is beautiful and clean inside. My matcha milk cap is absolutely delicious and creamy. I will say the macaroon was a little frozen inside and chewy, but otherwise tasted great.
Flavor was amazing 10/10 . However, the build had waaaay too much ice. All of my bubbles (popping) were smashed at the bottom. No room to swirl the cups contents around. Next time I want to pay over $8 for a cup full of ice, I'll go to Starbucks. Staff was very friendly though and the facility was clean, tidy and appealing. Photo after ice melt.
I've been coming here for years..drinks are great. However, my experience tonight was horrible! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! We ordered and waiting and watched everyone that ordered after us get their drinks 1st. So my husband asked the front desk about it within about 15 mins of waiting. She said "they are working on it" we continue to wait for another 15 mins. Now running late for our dinner date. So I approached the counter to ask what the hold up was with our 2 slushes, after we watched people with 3 drinks get theirs that ordered AFTER us. She said she thinks some one else took our drinks, and i said ok, so what are you going to do to compensate us? She called the managar and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I have a problem with their Customer service. They never called our number, they didnt care about our inconvenience. They just took our money with no remorse or sympathy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
18 mins is too long for a order with 2 customer waiting.

This place is so cool. They make their own Boba in house, toasted with brown sugar, so it's fresh and sweet! There are so many options to choose from and the drinks are superb! I've been to many tea places and this is my favorite!
Fun place to go for a refreshing tea or cold coffee.. no complaints at all!
Music too loud, flavors aren't as tasty as other boba tea places, service slow.
Staff will look at you as you walk in and up to the counter, no greeting. Once you are in front of them, they will ask what you want. They were out of my two choices, and it was obvious the girl at the counter did not care one bit whether I found an enjoyable drink or not. She did not suggest an alternative, nor did she apologize for being out of both choices. She lacked customer service skills. I ordered the 1 of 3 drinks I planned to get and left with an unpleasant experience. The Suwanee Kung Fu is better in every way, but I think next time, I'll try Tan-Cha.
Clean store and helpful staff. I got the mocha and it was very good. My wife got the strawberry lemonade and she said it was very tasty. I will definitely come here again.
I come to this place regularly and unfortunately this time around I was served twice a bad drink. First I turn back after ordering a large Taro Slush with 30% sugar. It was cloying… so I turn back because it was unbearable. Asked them if they had payed attention to the tag stating 30% of sugar to be used and they tell me Taro is naturally sweet so I should get 0% and guess what? I said no problem! Give it to me just the way you recommend. She says I will be giving you a regular size because you’ve already tried this one we messed up on and I said no problem to that too. I was being respectful and nice I didn’t mind at all! I didn’t want to cause an inconvenience. They give me the second drink and lord I have a headache now from how sweet this 0% sugar drink was… I couldn’t believe it honestly.
I’ve had drinks I loved here and some I have not liked at all. Good to try out and if you find something you like that’s great

I had an absolutely terrible experience ordering tea here. Order was wrong, servers were rude. I will not be returning. This is the only boba tea shop I have ever been to that I have had a bad experience with, literally a dozen other ones exist within 30 minutes of this place and I have had no significant issues with any of them.
We went to this place on 09/03/2022 for a dessert after a filling meal at Iron Age. Upon entering, the establishment seemed to be very clean and neat. With so many options, it took us a while to figure out what we would have. We settled on a mango slushy with grape bubbles or whatever you call it. It was really sweet for us as we don’t eat much sugar, but what would one expect ordering a mango slushy with grape bubbles? There are many options to choose from and we will say that the customer service was superb at this location! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being the simple guy to amuse that I am, I really was impressed by the machine used to seal each drink. We would highly recommend this location for a sweet treat and a friendly staff!
