The Manager on Duty today 5/16/23 @ 9.38am was VERY RUDE, ABRUPT, COLD AND EXTREMELY DISMISSIVE.. I'VE BEEN ORDERING HERE FOR OVER A YEAR And "NEVER Had Someone " make ME FEEL SO BAD..Guess I'LL take my $30 breakfast Somewhere Else.

Used to be a great place, not anymore! For no logical reason they removed the seating. When asked why they said, "because most our business is through the drive through". With all the seating before you couldn't find a seat so it makes no sense if you have foot traffic inside to remove seats! Then today I went through the drive through bc there is no seating anymore, they said they didn't have coffee because the pot was broken. I'm sure they were lying and just didn't brew it. I've been coming here for years and will find another place to go now.

This review is based on our visit Friday, 10 February 2023. We mostly enjoy Einstein Bagel Sandwiches. However, it is disappointing when we visit at the ten a.m. hour and are told you are out of your most popular sandwich bagels. Today, it was bagels for your All-Nighter and Brisket Sandwich. It is almost like managers do not anticipate, for what appears to the casual onlooker, an influx of orders on Fridays and Weekends. Maybe my criticism is ill-informed, but the regularity with which we hear staff respond to our orders is noticeable. Also worth mentioning are the presumptuous instructions regarding tips received from your associate cashiers. May we suggest taking a round turn and paying your staff a suitable wage so they do not have to beg for tips from customers? If you are paying your staff a suitable wage - instruct your team to cease with the presumptuousness.

Quick in and out. Food was prepped well and had a good selection. Visited at 8am on a Saturday. Minus 1 star because they still have tables in the way of the cashier station for what I assume was social distancing. Those tables made it almost impossible to hear the cashier and made payments awkward.

Why can't they EVER get my order correct at this location? I love Nova Lox, toasted, on an Everything Bagel. Love, love, love! But not when I visit this location because they always get my order wrong. They usually 'forget' to toast it. But today, not only was the bagel not toasted, t was on a plain bagel, not the Everything Bagel that I ordered. And when I reminded the worker that I'd ordered it toasted, she said that it was too late, this is how it had been prepared. I'd already paid using the app, so that was that. And why is the wait so long at this location? Even when using the app, there's an extraordinary long wait only to get a meal not prepared as ordered. It's frustration and annoying. I know. I know. First World Problems. But for once I would like to get what I pay for. Please and thank you.

Terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes just to get room temperature food (cheese wasn’t even melted) and there was a hair in the food🤢. So upset we spent $26 on garbage that we can’t even eat. Will never be back.

I love this company and have had the pleasure of eating from them for years but mostly in the west coast. Food at this location in GA, is not great. food was cold, sloppy and ill prepared. Not sure how one ruins a breakfast sandwich or bagel but this place seems to know how to. It’s nice they have a drive thru but wait time is about 12mins and still get cold sloppy icky food.. I’ll stick to my LV NV Einstein.. ooo and the “hashbrown” was hard and horrible

Love the Food but this Restaurant continuously forgets food in the bag. If you order online for pick up CHECK your order before you leave because something is probably missing. They are 3 for 3 now in the last month.

We were really looking forward to visiting Einstein Bros. Bagels in Buford last Sunday (17 July 2022) as we hadn't had fresh bagels since returning from an eight year stint in Europe. Although the bagels were good, the establishment in Buford is filthy dirty. It didn't look like the place had been cleaned in weeks. Floor - dirt everywhere; tables - not a clean table in the seating area; chairs - not even wiped down for getting crumbs off of them. The staff - all of them playing grab a** both behind the counter and in the kitchen as all you could hear from them was the childish screams of them chasing each other around the area. Will never visit this particular Einstein Bros. Bagels location again. Sunday management should be ashamed for their staff being totally unprofessional and being too busy playing grab a** and not spending some time to clean this filthy establishment.

Since I moved to GA from Chicago last year, I have been happy to use this place and became a member immediately. The coffee is extremely good and fresh all the time. I usually ordered breakfast through their app. On July 14th, I first time ordered half dozen signature egg sandwiches with six large ice coffees. It was a gift for a small group's lunch. when I arrived at there, coffees were ready but not the sandwiches. However, I was excited to bring this lunch for the small group. When the sandwiches were ready, a staff who prepared it, just put 6 sandwiches in a paper bag without any napkins. The sandwich at the bottom was pressed and flattened when I received the paper bag. I asked to the staff whether she can put them all into a box because it's gift for someone. I wanted it looks nice as the gift. She said that they don't use any box for any their sandwich order. They just put any sandwich in a paper bag. Then, she gave me a small, unfolded box. I asked her one more because it seems to me that 6 sandwiches were not fit in that small box. I folded two small boxes and put sandwiches with napkins to let it looks good. Even though, they don't provide/rap any box for many sandwiches, the staff still supposed to be nice to her client rather than showed to me her annoyed face. I felt so bad with her nonprofessional attitude and decided to do never order for any lunch or gift.
