It was my first visit and I ordered the tangerine cheesecake. I loved it because it wasn't overly sweet. American bakeries use too much sugar, in my opinion.
Nice spot! It makes my wife happy when we eat here.
Great place to stop by , you won't get disappointed. Great selection of goodies. Update ( May-4-2023). It's under new ownership, but don't worry nothing is changed, just the name. Same great goodies and great friendly service.👌
Went here today for breakfast and it was delicious. Food was so fresh and the owners are very nice. Great bakery selection too.

If you are using Apple Maps use Herbert’s bakery as the address. We used Turquoise cafe and it kept taking us across the street. We almost missed this gem! Delicious baked goods and very friendly new owners!
Excellent Bakery Items. Berry Cheesecake was light, fluffy and full of flavor. Sandwiches fresh, made to order and very tastey too! Glad it's 2 mins from the house. ❤️👍
EXCELLENT RESTAURANT, BAKERY & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Such a cute and quaint Turkish restaurant and bakery. Do yourself a favor and try the tahini rolls and Turkish coffee for a unique authentic experience! The owner is passionate about service and caters to each guest. Very impressed with this place.

This is legit! I was told to go to another establishment while I waited for a car repair I passed this gem!! Oh my goodness I had a pastry with green and black olives and feta Lovely with a Turkish tea I felt quite fancy

My go to every Thursday for lunch out! I adore this place. Their heavenly greens salad is my favorite! I always get a cup of red lentil soup as well - the BREAD they serve with it … is amazing. My husband usually get a panini and a Turkish coffee has now been added! It’s a great small little cafe with the owners on site - and so kind of helpful. Keep room for dessert …. They are all made there ! Ask for a Turkish delight too if you’re too full. It’s the perfect ending to a meal! I alway intended to take more pictures but always end up eating first and forget! Great place for breakfast dishes as well!
Just stopped here to have a nice cup of afternoon coffee and pastry. The sign on the fory states until April 4th or 5th they will be closed until 4pm and open Sunday from 4-10pm. Well no one was there and after looking through there window I saw how sorry the floor was. I used to love the pastries. They've lost business here. So sad
Best small Turkish Restaurant in Florida. Please try the Kraut Rolls (made Fridays!) or the extra delicious Greek Omelette with real goat cheese (extra fluffy). No artificial flavors!!! Real healthy food. The whole family is so nice. I ordered only an Espresso and got a heavenly good home made almond cookie...... Thank you......Merci.....Danke Gracias
Excellent!! Great service, fantastic food and pastry. Cannot rave enough about this place. We tried 5 different items and i had a cappuccino. Amazing. Homemade Turkish recipes. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. The lemon cheesecake? Oh my gosh!! Prices are really good and the size/amount you get is very generous. Highly highly recommend. Oh, and they just last week started opening at 9:30am. From 9:30-4:00 all options are available and from 4-8pm coffee and pastry is available. Its not on Google yet - she told me this morning (3/18/23). Anyway GO HERE!

Such a great little place. We used to go there when it was Herbert's and were sad to see the ownership had changed. I am happy to say our sadness was unfounded. It was a very busy day and when we ordered our brunch the owner apologized that there would be a slight delay as her husband was out getting more eggs. We didn't mind because as usual the food was fantastic!. The people at this family run cafe are friendly, the food is great and to top it all off, the pastry case is full of diet-busting goodies. Will we be back?....A resounding yes!

Lovely people. Very European ambiance. Very clean and welcoming. The food is very fresh and homey, clearly made from scratch with great ingredients. Will be back often and highly recommend this place. What a wonderful addition to Port Orange eateries! Loved it!
