Good food and customer service is great even when they are busy. Never had a bad experience here.
My first ever 1-star review :/ We had a lot of promise when we walked into the restaurant and was greeted by a pleasant young man who seated us. It went downhill from there. Multiple mistakes with my wife's meal (we had to send it back twice) and constantly having to ask for basics, such as utensils and water. My wife ordered bacon 2x and stopped asking after they never brought it out. We did speak with the manager who was nice enough to comp our meal, but never made the change in the system. Thankfully, we caught it. Our server was nice, but kept apologizing for multiple mistakes he made. If the restaurant was busy, I think I would be a little more forgiving, but we were one of 10 tables and it was not busy at all. We will not be going back.
The best brunch place. Must try when you visit FL.
We had a terrible experience. We had a party of 10, with many people from other areas traveling for this breakfast. They did not put all of our food in at the same time so half of our cable was eating while everyone else was just waiting. And then everyone else was finished while some of us were just getting started on our meal. They tried too hard to be a little bit bougie and it's not working for them.
My family and I dined in on 5/14, Mothers Day! It was mothers Day and we expected it to be very busy that morning. I tried to join the waitlist while driving there but you can not join the wait list until you arrive if it is a party of 6 or more. No biggie, we arrived, I checked in, put our name on the list at 9:25 for inside, the hostess stated an hour-hour 15 minutes, we were okay with the wait. At about 10:00ish, I asked the hostess how many folks in front of us, she stated 9, no worries. At 10:45 we still had not been called, by this point the entire party was getting hungry. I walked up she stated (hostess) your next on the list, another female walked up and she says, I’m getting your table ready outside, I said we asked for inside please, she says OH, well that’s going to be another 30 minutes. She stated no empty tables..At that point, I looked around the restaurant with multiple tables empty, an 8 top (Hightop)was getting up from the bar, and just as a server walked by and said my entire section is empty in the back. She looked around, looked at me and stated, we will text you when your table is ready and started to walk away. (I said you have multiple tables and this 8 top is leaving can we sit there)NO! I stayed put and at that moment, my 8 month pregnant daughter walked in asking, “mom, how long, we are all starving” We stood there for about 10 more minutes as the one lady (which I was told was the manager on duty) fumbled around on her phone and seemed to care less. The other hostess finally said, ma’am your table is ready, if it was not for this young hostess getting our table ready, knowing we had been waiting a very long time, we would have waited 2 hours. Mind you a party of 5 that showed up after us was sat, ate and left before we ever got to sit down. The rudeness from the manager that morning was astounding. Not very good for building your clientele. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, mimosas, chicken&waffles and our waitress was on point.
My wife and I tried your place for the first and last time this morning first the coffee was absolutely horrible, I ordered 2 eggs with backed bacon (cooked in an oven ) which every breakfast restaurant does so don't try to make it sound like it is something special and I added 2 chocolate chip pancakes which are the size of kids pancakes and I was given 2 plain pancakes when I brought to the server's attention she took them back and quickly returned with chocolate chip pancakes served on a dirty plate smeared with red residue all over the plate needless to say we left I suggest you try harder if you are going to compete with Cracked Egg, Rossi's and Peach Valley
Pricey. Food is good but not great enough for pricing. The server was covering a lot of tables until more staff arrived.
Took a long time to be seated. Once seated took a long time for server to great us then he got the order wrong... food was good
I had the crab cake benedict and it will rock your world! The sauce and soft english muffin are a perfect combo like what makes any eggs benedict perfect but now...now add in crab cakes! Oh my god it made me want to have it every morning! The service was what other restaurants wish they had, and the music wanted to make me dance if i wasn't so full. Everything was great!
We love Another Broken Egg and have been to many different locations, but this location is just awful. This is the second time we’ve tried this one hoping for a better outcome since the last visit was on Mother’s Day and we chalked it up to how busy they were, but this was the 2nd time we have been throughly disappointed. Wait time between ordering and receiving our food was extremely long. We were told the kitchen was backed up (same excuse they had on Mother’s Day as well). Ordered something from the menu only to be told that they have been out of it for the last two days about 10 minutes after we had ordered ( you’d think the waiter would know that when you ordered it). They offered a replacement, but when it came out it was missing the special whip cream and blackberries that were suppose to be on it. Our beignets came out with our meal instead of beforehand, but were not cooked properly. The manger came over, and tried to make it right, promised new beignets, which we never received then were still on our bill at the end. When we pointed out that we still had not received and were still charged for them, no apology from the manager was given. Not to mention the bathroom floors were so sticky that my shoes kept sticking to them, trash was completely overflowing onto the floor, huge puddle of water under the sinks and two stalls were completely out of toilet paper. I’m not sure what is wrong with the management at this location, but the service is terrible. I’d recommend visiting the Lake Mary location if you want good service and food.
Their breakfast is delicious and it’s a good sized portion, the coffee mugs are so cute and the coffee is really good! We will definitely come back again!
Just left cafe and feeling ill after my breakfast. Waitress suggested pecan waffle. I was starving so I ate it but after a few bites the sweetness was overwhelming. Just loaded with syrup. I told waitress but still paid for it. My husband's order was messed up also. So many other places we enjoy so crossing this off our list.
Disappointed in this location. Ordered two drinks and the alcohol over powered the actual flavor of the drink. (They did take that off the receipt) The food was missing a side. Lack of effort on presentation Orlando location did not disappoint.
I was a frequent client here and loved this place. Their lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes are amazing but today they really disappointed us when we got powdered eggs. Very nasty eggs. They hadn't use powdered eggs before. So disappointed. My husband ordered an omelet and it was horrible.
1of my favorite go to restaurantsfor eggs benedict and bloody marys. This location slightly charred the english muffins(no no) and only poached 1 of 2 eggs perfectly(no no). Bloody mary with olives and bacon was spot on. Average service. Was not busy at all. I posted pics, check em out. Dont forget to follow me. Safe travels and bon appetit!
First time there omelets are over cooked and kind of watered down coffee was bitter lots of cream and sugar was needed Over priced not for us Slow service for not being busy
This restaurant talks a big game with the amazing sounding menu. If you read it, you’ll find yourself wanting to order everything on it. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations, or at least the hype. It was busy on a Sunday, but we joined the waitlist on google and got seated as soon as we arrived. Definitely recommend that!! Otherwise the wait was 45 minutes plus. The food was good, not outstanding though! The crab cake Benedict a little underwhelming, it tasted fine, but was not worth ordering again. The country potato’s we’re just bland deep fried potato’s. The breakfast sandwich was supposed to come with gravy, but it had barely a dollop. Plating on both entrees was boring, you eat with your eyes first and as soon as I saw our plates I was disappointed The premium sides for an extra $3+ looked good, especially the fruit. The savior was the pitcher of bloody Mary’s, delicious & eye pleasing. I would go back just to get the drinks and skip the food. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just didn’t live up to my expectations or the $80+ dollars for 2 breakfasts.

Jackson was the most attentive, nice, knowledgable waiter I've ever had. Food was also excellent. Will definitely be back again soon.
This was my first time trying this restaurant and I received very salty food and could not finish my meal. The manager stated that she would take off the balance for my shrimp Bellini meal due to the fact that it was too salty and there was not anything they could do to fix the saltiness because it came prepackaged that way. She sent the waitress back with the ticket of 10% off only and when I spoke with the waitress about the issue of her taking the amount off the ticket completely of the food that I could not eat, she made me wait 40 minutes to solve the issue. I had to ask four different waitresses to check to see if she had forgot about me waiting to pay and there were not many people in the restaurant. I felt like my customer service was not a priority. I will not be back.
