This website never sent a confirmation of my order. When I tried to email the business, the email came back as undeliverable…three times. I went through the website’s contact us page. Crickets. Then I got a notice of delivery and a survey request. I filled out the survey negatively, and actually received my first email from them that it had been delivered and requesting a response from me. Really?? No apology or anything??? I was a day short of contesting the charge on my VISA. Don’t do business with people who don’t know how to do business is my best advice.
I ordered whole beans 10/28/2021, paid through PayPal and the amount instantly hit my credit card. I never received order confirmation so started investigating a little. JCC says they never received order and told me they refunded me through PayPal. Today is 11/10 and I am still waiting on my refund. I've been assured by PayPal that I have been refunded but I don't understand why a credit is not yet showing up on my credit card. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company.
The customer service is terrible... which is really sad because the coffee is good. DO NOT RECOMMEND... Will never order here again.
