Food: A+ Location: A Service: A Atmosphere: A Mocha Cold Brew slams. Also had the French Sandwich with Brie… very good. This would be my local spot if I lived here.
Nice cozy place, can't talk about the food cause never ate there cause was on line more than 15 minutes people ahead of me more than that the cashier will take 2 orders leaves the register to serve tables . Maybe I'll go back cause I really liked the place and food looked good hope is not as busy. Other than that I recommend it to give it a tried.
Even though I spent $20 on a breakfast sandwich and coffee, It was still worth It. The sandwich is perfect, and the coffee was just right. I would only recommend this if you don’t mind spending though.
Amazing vibe, great decor and service!!! Perfect for a quick bite or snack, it gets busy especially on weekends but the line moves fast! It’s a smaller place so with the crowds it can get tight but never felt claustrophobic or overwhelming . Food is always fresh and delicious bake goods :) I keep hoping they’ll expand larger because they are SO GOOD! thank you for always giving an amazing experience!
Place has such good potential but is unprepared to serve. Been here three times and they have been unable to serve a regular coffee drink because they were out of supplies by 10am. Had no flavoring, no sugar. This time they had no milk only had alternatives and no whipped cream. Seem to be focused on their food instead of coffee. It’s my misconception this is a coffeehouse- it is not.
The place looks great and the service was nice too. Their choice of menu is a bit odd but cool. Rather than a list of items available, there's a variety of plates on the counter as examples of what they offer. However, the food ain't it. I ordered a dark cappuccino that was more milk than anything else. I had a Rosemary Caramel latte that didn't taste anything like rosemary or caramel. And my cinnamon roll was thin, dry, and crunchy; rather than thick, fluffy, and gooey. I've been here once before to try their lavender latte. At least that one had the slightest hint of lavender. The sandwiches aren't anything special but compared to everything else it's probably the best thing they have other than those blueberry muffins. When fresh those muffins are fantastic.
Really nice location. Unfortunately we got there on a Saturday afternoon and they ran out of pastries. It’s tough to go to a café that doesn’t have any pastries 😞. Chai latte was delicious… we did manage to get a banana bread so that was very nice. The place has a lot of potential… we will come back soon and try it again
Very nice and beautiful place
Love the place, love the attention to details and the coffee was amazing, if you enjoy a good coffee this and comfy places, this is the place for you!
Super nice cafe!! Beautifully decorated, friendly staff and delicious food!!
Ella’s is such a cute spot. Be warned that it gets super busy on weekends, but on weekdays it’s the perfect place to post up and work. The coffee is excellent my favorites are the mocha and the hazelnut-Ella lattes. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. As a Cuban and Colombian I know good coffee and they have the best in plantation.
I wish they put as much though into the customer experience as they do to the ambiance. Give us a menu (I hate having to ask what’s in everything), real cutlery, real plates. I want to love this place but they put too much effort into the wrong things.
I want to start this review by saying how much I love Ella’s food and the ambiance. I go there often but whoever is responsible for their supply order needs some additional training. They are ALWAYS out of the most basic items needed. They have not had mocha for over a month, and on my last couple of visits, they were out of eggs, tomatoes and even containers. I don’t have an issue paying their prices for their quality; but they need to do better to keep me as a customer.
I WILL NEVER ODER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!! I just ordered an iced coffee and banana bread through uber eats and these geniuses sent it without a bag. Just in a piece of paper and my cup of iced coffee is half full. What a disgrace! I will have to throw it all out because I do not know who handled my food and how it was transported. Does it cost that much to put food in a bag and seal it? And half a cup of iced coffee, really? Unsealed as well. Utterly disgusted!!!!!
The place was really nice. They had the best omelets, and it was cozy. The wait was long, but it was worth it.
I came here with my wife and two year old son at 4:45 in the afternoon to get a quick bite...I failed. The young college age baristia apparently was only that and no more because when I requested the "French Toast" for my kid she said no because the kitchen closes at 5:00pm. I then reminded her of the time to no success. She informed me that it would take 10-20 minutes to cook. I questioned further to no regard past an affected look and strange silence. I was forced to take the option of... VEGAN COOKIE SAMPLE FOR MY BOY... He wasn't a fan.
My first experience here was good. The last time I went I did not have a great experience. This was my third time and after today I will not be returning. Came back again and very disappointed. What kind of coffee shop doesn't have 2 % or whole milk? Go get it from the store. Skim made the latte very bitter and I don't like alternative milks. Also waited 10 minutes after ordering my food just to be told they didn't have any bacon. Why wouldn't you tell me that when I first ordered? Such a waste of my time. Not the friendliest answer from the short female worker when I asked them to remake the very bitter latte either. Won't be returning due to this horrible experience and the crazy high prices :(
Went in for the first time and immediately started with them saying they were almost out of everything. This was at noon. Out of pastries, out of whip cream (at a cafe), out of bacon on their sandwiches. Coffee tasted horrible. I ordered 2 sandwiches. After waiting a good 20mnts only one came out. When asking for the other one, person said cashier never charged me for the second one. 1 sandwich and 2 horrible iced latte for $30. I do not recommend coming here instead i would stick to Crema Gourmet cafe which is much nicer, staff is more friendly, better service, food/drinks.
I got a black coffee with barista recommended caramel and I really like this coffee and the cafe shop is so chic like a little coffee shop in the Manhattan. I’m never going back to Starbucks for coffee. Ella black coffee is better.
First time visiting and it will not be my last. Friendly service and awesome food.
