UPDATE: So it's been about a year since my last experience (detailed below) and I decided to try again. Things seem to have improved greatly at the Brew Thru. There's all new employees that have been really great, and they haven't been out of any items! Now if we could just get them to open at 6:30...But glad to be able to frequent this place again! Wow, this place was never top-tier, but it's really lost its way. Pulled in today, placed my order, and they were out of the pastry I ordered. So I ordered a bagel-sandwich instead. Their oven was down so she told me the only thing she had were pastry items - which I had just ordered and they were out of! I tried one more: ok so what muffins (under pastries) do you have? I"m sorry, we're out of those! I really like to support local, and drove out of my way to go there. Guess I'm stuck with Starbucks...
Given the place enough chances. From serving completely frozen açaí bowls (like block ice), to known issues with leaky cups and still serving, to serving scones not even baked all the way through where the center is runny dough. Hopefully they can turn it around. Such a great location with a nice little kids area
Not worth it! Tea was disgusting, the breakfast tasted like a microwave meal, and when we tried to go to the window to order a water no one would come to it. Coffee was decent but also everything was way over priced.
Large hot latte turned into half a cup of coffee with floating coffee bits and foam when I opened my cup lid. Wasted money

GREAT DRIVE THROUGH in downtown Pensacola! It can be very frustrating to find parking in order to run in and grab a quick cup of coffee so this is a fantastic option for a quick drive through. Customer service is always speedy and my order is always correct. The coffee isn't something to write home about but its pretty tasty and on par for the other coffee shops in the area. Overall, this is perfect for being able to grab a quick cup of coffee in the downtown area where there is a huge lack of quick coffee options.
I LOVE Bodacious. I went here the first day I lived in Florida and have gone so many times since. Nice staff, great food and drink options, and a beautiful environment.
They always go above and beyond when I come here!! I love the staff always chatting it up with us or asking how we are!! Thank you!! PS the Carmel chiller you guys make is AMAZING. Only location that dresses it up
This is a sad review to give. I've been coming to the Bodacious Family shops for literal years. I remember when it opened up and going for the first time still. Recently I've gotten multiple cappuccinos from the Thru. I've always adored and loved the cappuccinos because it has been one of the only places I can find an authentic and good one! But these past several have not been very good.. since it has been taken over by all these new kids they're really lacking the batista skills. Maybe some one from the original crew should come through and give them a lesson. I miss my delectable coffees. Edit: it's Feb. 2023 and it's so hit or miss. One day I get a decent coffee and another it's just bleh. For the price, consistency and quality don't seem like too much. There are all new people and kids working there it seems almost monthly. It was nice when people got to know you and your order and made it to the same quality each time. The Brew Thru may be very convenient to my location, but I don't mind driving out of my way either.
Edited to add- I've been going here anytime I'm down this way for work and I still love them. The breakfast burrito is huge and so filling! We went thru the drive through for a quick coffee. I got a matcha latte and my husband got the cold brew. We loved them both! That cold brew is POTENT! My daughter got a smoothie and she loved it as well. We love discovering new places in our new city! 😍
I like them but it's hit or miss. When you go through a drive thru, you would hope your order would be correct and HOT, since you're getting it on the go. And for the prices I would expect better quality. Most recently, my breakfast burrito was warm on the first two bites and ICE cold the rest. I mean like FROZEN solid. Staff is always so nice and friendly, just unfortunate the food quality hasn't been there each time.

3 stars for the amazing atmosphere but good Lord, the coffee is terrible! T E R R I B L E !!! I ordered a large mocha (hot) but it was barely lukewarm. It was weak and had the flavor profile of opaque mop water. I'm sorry! I love this little place. It's cute and it was right across from the courthouse (who, by the way, didn't have coffee for the jurors!) and I really needed coffee but by this experience, I can't label this coffee in all honesty.
Date of Visit: 10/12/2022 - Quick coffee before morning meetings! Minimal line, and they served us fast.
Good stuff but when they can't make a bagel sandwich but have them available in the store but not at the drive thru and it's half a block away? How hard is it to get what is needed to cover the Brew Thru?
My boyfriend and I have given this place SO many chances. We order from the Bodacious Cafe frequently and always love it. Unfortunately the Brew Threw has never once given us the correct food we have ordered. This morning we decided to give it a chance again. Attached is a picture of my “Vegan Bowl” he ordered for me. Eggs, cheese, and bacon. Definitely not the item ordered. The coffee is great but unfortunately the food orders we have gotten have (no exaggeration) never been correct. At this point we have wasted so much money on food we just throw away. Very disappointing.

The coffee was delish...albeit very sloppy when they handed it out the window. Training issue.
Brew thru, I love you. I really do. You are in the perfect location for me to get my morning coffee. The one thing I would suggest is please get your oven and fridges looked at. I love getting my lil morning breakfast but it seems like so often your oven or fridge is broken. Coming from the heart, y’all got it going on. Your oven and fridges need to step it up.
