This is hands down the best coffee around. Summer is a master of her craft and her years of experience are evident at first sip. My husband and I own a local coffee shop where we use Alla Prima coffee and having access to locally roasted coffee of this caliber was a driving force in our decision to open a coffee based business. Not to mention Summer is a joy to work with from a business to business perspective. If you haven't tried this coffee yet, you are definitely missing out!

Amazing coffee. For Pensacola Florida this is a rare gem. They roast in small batches and everything is worth it. I hope this coffee would soon be experienced in some of the local restaurants. It has a similar flavor to Blue Bottle. This is good and I mean good. I love the Chiapas coffee. This quality is hard to come by on the Gulf Coast.
I guess the cat is out of the bag so to speak. This is the best coffee I have had outside the pure origins of Blue Bottle on the West Coast and better than the better than normal coffee ‘Counter Culture’ you can find primarily in Southern states. I would recommend this coffee for leisure as well as any restaurant in Pensacola that is on the uptick. The coffee is done right, it is roasted in small batch and you can taste the difference. I have been to another competitive roaster and have not finished the bag, it’s not good. This coffee is exceptional and deserves to expand in the area and beyond. Good job guys!
