Never have the specialty donuts no matter what time of day but have the tags up for them. Very disappointed
This KK is not as good as the one downtown. I am so glad they built a new one, but this one doesn't have "hot" time as the other, plus it seems to have less flavors of donuts then the one downtown.
Since when does Krispy Kreme not serve crème filled doughnuts without the chocolate icing!??? No caramel latte ordered vanilla it tastes like international delight no coffee taste at all !!!!!!!! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for the glazed donut I bought!! Goin to Dunkin’ for coffee from now on! Or anyplace really at least they serve actual coffee!!!! What a waste of money!!
Closed at 9 when open till 10. No doughnuts.

Great place for donuts and coffee. The service was friendly and they were sure to get us the freshest warmest donuts. We also got a latte and another coffee which were good too.
I can't believe you can't go inside a Krispy Kreme store on nine mile and get a doughnut and cup of coffee. The drive thru is all that is open ona sat. Night at 7pm , won't get my business in a five thru , and people are inside working ridiculous

Always ask for donuts right off the line! They have good coffee too. A one-stop breakfast (or lunch or dinner) shop.
Always the best but was out of lemon donuts.
Decent, donuts seemed smaller than I remember and the hot now sign wasn't on, but they were still delicious
Always slow service with just one person at the front who seems like they barely know what's going on. Any time I've tried to get a claim an offer/deal they're confused on how to apply it or sometimes just won't even apply the discount. Besides that the donuts are mostly good just really bad service. 3/10/2023 Tried to go inside and order and the doors are locked. And online rewards don't work. So 2 stars is now 1 star.
I love Krispy Kreme but they did mix up our dozen and we didn’t get our chocolate covered ones! I forgive them tho!
Dining room was closed so everyone was in the drive thru. First when trying to order they were out of or had “not yet made” a majority of their donuts including any of the advertised Reese’s. Not sure what was going on, but when we finally got to the window and paid we waited 15 minutes for our dozen donuts. Every car was waiting that long and only getting donuts. Employees were inside just standing around doing nothing. A pretty sub par experience all around!
First time going. Mixed assorted dozen. 2 large coffee. No line when I came in.

If they are not open 24 hours pass them by! Got a dozen Ice Cold Doughnuts for $15.49 @ 9mile location! So how hard is it to throw them in a Microwave and Nuke them for 30 seconds? All these satellite Locations will fail just as they have before! PPPPPP Performance!
Quick service even with a long line, and very friendly staff! Every person we have encountered there has been kind and patient even with long lines.
