Wonderful place, Wonderful people, Wonderful tasty treats and drinks. Very delicious Iced Matcha Latte and freshly baked goods. They also have in-house made ice creams, yogurt, and granola. Shawn is an awesome server with a magical smile. Many people come in for togo orders and lots stay and enjoy the atmosphere inside. People also enjoy relaxing and chatting with friends outside at the sidewalk tables. Very kid friendly and clean, well-stocked restroom. This is a real Pensacola 💎 💎 💎

I’m not one to write a bad review, but this one is necessary. My friend and I visited today after lunch at sky pizza for a treat. I am highly allergic to coconut. I informed the employees as soon as I walked in as I always do. A very sweet girl told me what did not have coconut in it and she included a pink strawberry cupcake in that list. I asked a second time to confirm the cupcake had no coconut and the girl asked the manager/owner (I’m not sure which, but she was diffidently in charge) if they had coconut. The manager/owner responded without even glancing up at the girl “just strawberry”. As we sat to eat our treat my friend had got the same cupcake and she was a few bites in when she asked the employee again, this tastes like coconut, are you positive. The girl who had originally helped us said nope, none and the manager/owner said “who told you that”. The three employees all start to look very worried and that made me freak out. The owner/manager then called the lead baker who told her it had coconut extract in it. We immediately left to go to the urgent care, which I then spent the rest of my day dealing with. Fortunately, I hadn’t ate too much by the time we figured out the mistake. Craft, you really need your employees informed on the ingredients in your sweets. I have never been to a bakery that didn’t have their ingredients listed in a binder somewhere to check before selling their treats. And on top of that, listen to your employees intently when they are asking you questions. If you have a serious allergy, heed my warning and avoid this place at all costs.

Please eat and drink here! We stopped here on our way from TX to FL and we're glad we did. Both breakfast burritos were tidy and flavorful. Especially the turkey one! Avocado Today was as delicious as it was picturesque. Our iced decaf coffee and hot oatmilk mocha were also well made. It was training day for a new barista but she was well coached and supervised. Props to her for keeping up and receiving my feedback well. And the ambiance was on point. Light, bright, and well decorated. Finally, the staff was welcoming and friendly. If we have the opportunity to return, we definitely will.

I called to order a cake and have it delivered on the same day. I was told to call a different number for ordering a cake. I called that different number and it went to a standard voicemail and no one called me back. I therefore called the bakery back and a different person answered. I explained to her that I wanted to order a cake for delivery, preferably the same day. She replies that they don’t have any cakes today. I told her that was no problem. She says they won't have any until after the weekend. I told her that was no problem, that I could have it delivered after the weekend. She replies that she can do it for the next week, but also won’t be able to have it delivered and asked if I could pick it up instead. I wish the first person I spoke with would have told me they could not deliver. Overall, I am disappointed with the service. I am writing this review 11 hours later and the special cake ordering number still has yet to return my call. Reply to the owner: I completely understand planning ahead. I was ok with waiting and with it not being on the same day. In fact I did not have any problem until she mentioned they could not deliver at all. Why not mention this from the beginning? It seemed like one excuse after the other. I live in a different state and was able to order and have delivery done in the same day with another bakery in the area. Perhaps work on communication within the bakery and have a someone who knows the process handle the calls?

I used to love this place so much I came like every month. It was so hot in the coffee shop +flies everywhere. The egg in the avocado toast was so dry. I am really disappointed it was my favorite place 🥹.

Tough Cinnamon bread sold as a roll. Almost NO Cinnamon. Had to cut with a knife. Barely.

Craft made an absolutely gorgeous and delicious cake for my mom's birthday. They were so easy to work with, and put extra thought into packaging the cake so that we could get it home easily.

This is the best bakery/coffee in town! Homemade coffee syrups, amazing quiche, good selection of baked goods. Everything I’ve tried here is delicious.

Ordered a cake over the phone and asked for a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate frosting and white pastry cream in between layers decorated for a 50th birthday small cake to serve 7 people. So nothing outrageous. We cut into the cake and could barely see any white so the pastry cream was so thin you could barely detect it. For some reason the icing on the top of the cake tasted kind of metallic and was not good. The inside toward the bottom tasted ok though. $75 was way to much money for this cake. Will not return

This place is great, the baked goods are amazing. The only reason for not giving the 5 stars is the inconsistencies in what they have available day to day. My family has tried just about everything there and everything was delicious.

Fantastic custom cake! We worked with Anna in ordering a Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Filling and Swiss Buttercream Frosting. We received incredible service and outstanding quality! This cake was for our family patriarch’s 93rd birthday. He wanted an old fashioned Red Velvet cake and Craft Gourmet Bakery delivered just that but on a higher level with the exquisite Swiss Buttercream finish! Every guest’s reaction was the same… “Mmmmm”, smiles, and eyes rolling back in their heads! Anna was awesome to work with via calls and texts. I sent her a photo of a cake decorated in a style that was appropriate for our St.Patrick’s Day birthday guy and Craft Gourmet Bakery created it perfectly. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results from start to finish. Thank you for the cake which was the pinnacle of a very special weekend celebration!

Everything looked so beautiful and delicious and I excitedly bought a number of things. When I tried them the next day though, most didn't quite hit the mark. I'm hoping it was a fluke and the result of not eating them then and there, but I don't think items should lose this much flavor and quality after being refrigerated over night and brought back to room temperature. The frosting on the cupcake while beautiful had an oily texture I didn't expect, like whipped butter. It wasn't very flavorful either, which was disappointing. The macaron cookies were a perfect texture, but the filling was the same oily frosting as the cupcake frosting. The fruity pebbles flavor was pretty on point for both the cookie and the filling. The birthday cake cookie was a cakey texture and was just sweet, without much else going on. I'm hoping to visit again and be able to rave about everything, this visit just didn't do it.
