Love this place! It is also open until 6pm which is HARD to find around here. & I can work since there is decent internet connection! Everything is freshly made and the atmosphere is great.
I recently visited The Gathering Cafe for the first time and instantly loved the cozy atmosphere. I wanted to try their vegan nest but they were sadly sold out of them. The staff recommended the vegan burrito, which I’m glad I got.I also got the dairy free blueberry muffin and they were both absolutely delicious. I highly recommend The Gathering Cafe to anyone looking for a great meal and a welcoming environment.

This was my first time and it did not disappoint. Excellent service and food.
I liked it better when they were at the old place. You felt special,cozy, This new place feels like a Starbucks it’s so loud and they don’t have the cucumber water like before🙁
The new location is great! Lots more space and as before the food is good and the coffee great. The daily quiches are wonderful and so are the breakfast nests.
Tried today for the first time. Ordered a mocha frappe and lemon blueberry muffin - both of which were delicious. Will definitely be back to try more menu items. Everyone was kind and very helpful.
Love the beautiful, Christian atmosphere of the Gathering Cafe! It is a great place to study and be with friends. Everyone is so nice and welcoming here as well! 10/10 recommend!
Wonderful place. Beautiful and clean space with GREAT decor. Good, Godly folk that’ll treat you very well. And great coffee!! Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Ocala.

The place was terrific the BLTs were phenomenal and so was the tomato soup homemade and very very good although it was on their opening day when I went here the service was a tiny bit slow and that's understandable because they were not used to the regular crowd that they had I give this place five stars in all categories because these people are beautiful Christian people and the owner is a beautiful Christian woman and I wish her so much success with her business and I know some of her family has something to do with this business too from the Grapevine. I cannot wait until I get time to come here again thank you for your service and your employees may God bless you on your adventure and in your life may God be with you
A friend brought me here a few months ago and we just came again today to the new location. Absolutely loved the new spot. The food is phenomenal as it always is (I had the caprese panini). The owner is always around to greet you and remembered us from our last visit. She is always super accommodating and brings a sense of community and comfort that we really need in this world. If I lived closer this would be a daily staple. :)

Ordered my coffee and it was disgusting!!! The lady at the counter (the owner) tapped her hand on my receipt and said that’s what you ordered!! Well lady, It was rung in wrong and it was gross!!! And you are extremely rude!!! You need to learn how to treat customers and be nice. I was not rude or mean to you. When you’re working ( and when your not) you need to remember WWJD. Be Nice!!!!!!
From the moment you walk into this place you can feel the Holy Spirit and God’s presence. The staff is very friendly , the food is made from scratch ( which is the best way to have it) , the lattes are delicious and I enjoy reading the messages on the cups . No matter what someone is going through those Godly inspirations speak measures. I do not know any other coffee shop that puts this much needed twist on each cup they serve. Everything they serve , they serve with LOVE. I will ALWAYS tell people about this place . Thank you to you Sarah and your amazing staff . I’m so glad God has blessed Ocala with such a business as this. ✝️❤️ I pray there is more Gathering Cafes across the nation! Claiming it already!
Excellent for breakfast, lunch or coffee anytime. Great food. Great atmosphere. Wonderful baked goods. Awesome coffee. Highly recommended.
Incredible service with really good food, the crowds with line out the door should tell you all you need to know. Had a honey lavender latter, avocado toast and their muffins. All were delicious, we had a party of 6 and everyone loved it. Great energy inside too. Will return every time I’m in the area.
The new location is so cool and has a lot of seating. The coffee specials are way too sweet in my opinion (and I say that as someone who LOVES sweet drinks), but the pastries and food are delicious. Symmetry or Juniper are the places for great coffee. Come to this place for the food and ambiance, not necessarily high quality and delicious drinks. Another side note, the past location was dog friendly, but this location was not. Unfortunately, my dog and I had to chill outside as we waited and we ate/drank at the square in Ocala, which is a 4 minute walk. Still giving 5 stars, and sending all the love and support to this small business. 😊
Clean restaurant and friendly service. I would recommend a specific area to pickup and pay for take out orders. Food was excellent. Pricing is on the higher side in my opinion, but I felt my meal was worth the cost.
