Great Customer service , great staff , helped with all of my needs …. Store was clean a bathroom was spotless …cashier was very pleasant they greeted me at door
So imagine you're a local, you go to your local store. You grab a product, you are 7 cents short. No problem ma'am, I'll grab something cheaper. I return to the counter, my change is now supposed to be 8 cents now. She doesn't have the 8 cents. You say "no thanks then I'll go to another store", then she starts questioning you about "what's the big deal If i can't give you back change" well ma'am, it's funny how you refused me for 7 cents then turned around and couldn't provide change yourself. What is wrong with that person?!? How does she have a job?!? The level of Hypocritical spite is Disgusting.. August 8th 2022 at approx 7:45PM. Please look into this employee. I've been a loyal respectful customer since I came here as a child 20 years ago.. this was the first time I have ever had the displeasure of any kind of verbal confrontation at this location. Unacceptable.
The nastiest clerk was behind the counter tonight went in to get a powerball didn't even look up at me I asked how she was doing got an eye roll then asked for powerball she sneared we ain't doing that. right now, if you hate your job so much please move on and find happiness....My first time here and everything has been wonderful with the exception of Mrs. Attitude.

Worst place in the Keys for gas. The cashier (young black girl ponytail) is the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever met. What is she doing working with people if she is not a people person? Stay away from this place! Horrible customer service!
Horrible atención y muy mala forma de la manager.peliamarilla con sobrepeso. sobrepesada sobrepedante tiene mala atención.no solo con los clientes.he Sido testigo de su mala actitud con los que traen mercancías. No sé cómo pueden tener alguien así como manager.por favor.hagan algo urgente. Estamos en los Cayos d la florida un lugar turístico relajado tranquilo y llegar aquí y encontrarse con una persona así.si es que se le puede llamar persona. Debería estar en alguna tienda de la pequeña ahiti.del NW. Bien lejos de donde haya personas que estén trabajando tranquilos y viajeros que vienen a pasar unos días relajantes.encontrarse esto aquí.ciertamente es vergonzoso. No hay media estrella en las calificaciones?? O un cuarto??? Sorry.mientras tengan ese tipo d gente en estos establecimientos. Mi opinión y la de muchos.no cambiará...

Good stop. Not the best service, but they are easy to get in and out of. They have rec fuel which is AWESOME! Only thing they need is diesel.

Rude cashier with bad attitude doesn't wanna clean the bathroom so she posts an out of order sign on it. Then snickers when I ask to use the restroom.
