Great service and food is fabulous
I brought and chicken pizza and chicken salad 🥗. It was chicken was old and chewy. I was very disappointed. There was no number to call and complain so i'am venting on line.
I got the yogurt parfait. It was 4.50. it may seem a little overpriced at first, but when I tried it, it was 100% worth every penny! So delicious! It tastes like strawberry cream cheese to me. Loved it!
Way better than the mermaid.

Not much of a selection. They took the bagels away which was the only reason I went there. Love there mango pineapple smoothies tho

This is for East Tower (since they don’t have a page for a review on Google, which seems like a real disadvantage) - East’s Opus location has INCREDIBLE employees with great work ethic and the best customer service around. All the employees always make me feel welcome and will accommodate any request, even for random things that don’t make sense and/or are abnormal (such as mint in a caramel macchiato). They build relationships with customers and maintain a great culture for this hospital tower. I love Opus Coffee.
Wasn’t sure how good the coffee would be since it was located in a hospital, but to my surprise the hot white mocha latte was just as good as Starbucks! Not a bad price either!

I work at the VA hospital and have been coming to opus at South tower location for over a year now and they have an awesome staff who is incredible helpful, professional and kind. Akira, Jordan and Becka are great employees and have great customer service. I much prefer going to the south tower at UF for top customer service.
When the person was finally done flirting with another employee elsewhere she took our order. After receiving our food I asked for someone to clean our table she said she'd be right over. Hah! Never happened. I'm glad I didn't tip.. Next time I will knowwhat not to expect.

Always a treat to get Opus in the mornings here at Shands. The coffee options are robust for a small location, they have three choices for drip coffee with all the fixings. Espresso machine is also pulling shots and steaming milks if that’s your thing. Their drinks are around the same price as a Starbucks drink, which is to say slightly overpriced. They do not offer french presses or pour overs, so don’t set your sights too high. But for where and what it is Opus is all-around acceptable. Thanks for what you do guys!
It's a coffee kiosk in Shands and I love their coffee. A very nice change from the bold taste of that other coffee chain. Their baked goods are delicious, the brownies being my favorite anywhere.
Super slow. Hair sticking out of the lid of my coffee. No urgency. 15 minutes and still waiting on my do over
