Best coffee roaster in town, hands down!
Tastiest coffee
As a pretty satisfied Folgers and K-Cup customer, I have to admit I wasn't sold on the idea that spending more on coffee would really be worth it. Not mention "coffee" for me is really half a mug of milk, half a mug of coffee and a teaspoon of sugar. I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS MISSING! We tried the Bats 'il Maya first and I could legitimately taste the different flavors listed on the front of the bag. I started drinking actual coffee - with just a splash of milk and hint of sugar...you really don't need anything more as the coffee is full of flavor and not harsh or bitter at all. I was a skeptic, but I'm sold.
This place is only a roasting company... Not a coffee shop. It would've been nice to know before we arrived. Thank you owner for the reply... I did a one star cause I didn't know how to post it wasn't a coffee shop. I changed it to five for the awesome reply. We'll have to swing back next time we're in Gainesville.
Resident Coffee roasts exceptional coffee beans in Gainesville Florida. Ordering from Tampa the roasted coffee beans arrived fresh and tasted great in my morning coffee.

Arguably the best and most flavorful coffee beans in Gainesville (and one of my all-time favorites), Resident Coffee Co. takes local coffee to another level. The Colombian and Ethiopian roasts have been my favorite (and that says a lot because I usually don’t like Ethiopian coffee). This coffee should not be missed!
Resident puts so much thought and care into their sourcing and roasting! Their presentation (including their bags) is excellent as well. I'm very impressed and proud to make Resident part of my morning routine.
If I could give more stars I would! My husband is insane for his coffee-- We started a monthly subscription for coffee deliveries.... and needless to say we are impressed with the selection every month! I highly recommend!
