My friend and I really enjoy having a tasty breakfast at Karma Cream. Wonderful food, the coffee is the best, and it's perfect for an early morning connection and conversation.
This is my favorite cafe in Gainesville, always friendly staff and great vegan food options. However, since having a baby it’s sad to see how many places don’t have a changing table in their bathroom, this place included. It makes it hard to stay and enjoy ourselves if I need to change a diaper.
It was a great place very cute idea but i was surprised by an allergic reaction. This surprised me for this vegan nature of a business they are typically more aware of allergies and contamination. Allergens or icream ingredients are not labeled or known by staff, I still give 2 stars for service as the one worker had benadryl on him.
Delicious and conscientious 😊 Doesn't get much better than that! Took all four of my girls after school today and they loved it (the baby loved the pumpkin pie blend) YUM 👍🏽
Nice Space! Scrumptious Vegan Ice Cream! Vegan sandwiches! Delicious Vegan Cupcakes! Great staff! Highly Recommend checking them out. :)
This shop was my go-to ice cream stop when they carried dairy products (the cardamom and dark chocolate-orange flavors were the absolute BEST). I understand that their supplier went out of business during COVID (not their fault), but they have shifted toward being a fully Vegan cafe and no longer carry and ice cream that isn't coconut milk based. It's a bit of a different vibe with some great vegan options including their dessert case. 4 stars only because I miss their former offerings and hope they'll consider reincorporating dairy options in the future.
I thought the ice cream was really! It was a bit annoying that literally all of the seating was occupied with people not actually eating or drinking - but studying. I get that it's a college town, but I really didn't want to have to stand on the side of the street with my small children eating ice cream. It will definitely discourage us from returning.
A gem of a coffee shop! The sandwiches and pastries are to live for, the coffee is a delight, so is the ice cream. The staff is kind and authentic. The space is central and inviting, with indoor and outdoor seating. Family friendly with a clean bathroom.
Below average Rocky Road ice cream. Samples are free, but flavors are limited and lacking in taste.
Delicious ice cream and milkshakes! In addition to being delicious, everything is vegan. It’s nice to have a place near campus where I can get a treat that is more ethical and sustainable. I’ve been to Karma Cream with people who are vegan and people who are not vegan, and everyone I’ve been with has loved it!
One of the best vegan places in north Florida, hands down. Amazing Reuben, really great chicpea curry wrap, unbelievable ice cream variety ….worth the drive from tallahassee
Karma Cream is my go-to spot in Gainesville. Everything is vegan and tastes delicious. I always get the Ruben sandwich when I go, it’s my favorite! The breakfast sandwich is also quite delicious. The drinks and drink specials are great. The pastries have unique flavors and they are made daily, they’re always tasty. Their Instagram @karma_cream usually posts their daily specials ahead of time! The interior itself is really cute but usually packed. Even if you don’t normally have vegan food, give this place a try… it will blow you away.
Food was amazing came back two mornings while in town. Plus an evening to get ice cream and it was fun lol.
This place is a perfect place for vegan items. I got a vegan breakfast sandwich it was so delicious. They house Mair their biscuits and they are perfect not dry. I tried the matcha latte and mocha they were delicious. Will definitely come here again if I'm in town.
Best Mocha I've ever had. The vegan breakfast sandwich was so delicious. I'm not vegan but it tasted phenomenal. Also got a brownie and macaroon to go. It's rated highly for a reason.
Love the food (vegan). A bit pricey but worth it!
The breakfast sandwich is EVERYTHING! Not to mention super reasonably price. I love Karma Cream because they don’t charge you extra for thing like oatmilk. Makes good coffee affordable.
Cream in the name Karma Cream suggests one might find it to be an ice cream parlor, but no. Or at least one focused on the icy delight, but no. One would be sadly disappointed if you hoped to find more than 6 flavors. Even sadder still? The two flavors (2 scoops for OVER $10? Holy COW!) I had were not good: rocky road and pistachio nut. I’d call this more of a trendy food & coffee parlor that serves a little ice cream. And a person at the counter who did you the favor of waiting on you. My cappuccino took almost 5 minutes. Bottom line? Skip Karma Cream. BRobbins is better.
Amazing. I have been to every coffee shop in Gainesville and this is the best. The food, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream, lattes, and matcha are all amazing. Had the best desserts here as well.
karma cream has many different options of vegan sandwiches, teas, baked goods, and ice cream! my favorite sandwiches are the club and the reuben. even my non-vegan friends love it here!
