Writing this after spending 45 minutes in the drive through line. And still waiting. I mean really guys come on, hire some help during your busiest times.
Great coffee!!
Honestly no. The car line was long, and customers on foot weren’t prioritized. Service wasnt the most friendly and only changed when provided with a 20% tip. I can understand waiting a while for good-great food as not an issue.. but this was NOT worth while.
I get charged a different price every time I come here. I don’t have time to argue with your staff. I’ll just post this review so you can train/communicate better.

This is my first time trying this place. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich and an iced matcha latte with oat milk and lavender syrup and this place did not disappoint. This is probably the best matcha i’ve ever had and one of the best breakfast sandwiches. It’s not like one of the frozen ones you get from starbucks or dd it’s so much better. Try this place!!! :)
The barista is super friendly and excellent in the great little drive through that offers hot and cold choices made fresh to order.
This place has literally ruined breakfast sandwiches and chai lattes from any other place for me. Nothing can measure up to how delicious Bay Island's are!!!
Best coffee in Gainesville, hands down!
We stopped by yesterday evening. The barista was very nice, the coffee was great. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely love this place! The coffee is great and most of the baristas are super cool! That being said, set aside like 45 minutes to sit in the drive thru. Everyone is kind and coffee is perfect but the baristas are incredibly slow. So if you have the time, this is place is the best!
May be the best iced coffee ice ever had! I got an iced caramel latte with butterscotch! And holy moly it was magical!
Delightful little stall in the middle of the parking lot. We were intrigued so we ordered a hot chai, a smoothie and a breakfast sandwich and WOW everything was delicious! The chai is just the right amount of "seasoning" and was a generous portion for the price. The sausage egg and cheese croissant was tasty and cheap, and the Maui smoothie was PERFECTO! What a pleasant surprise and we will for sure stop here next time we are in the area. Be wary it's just one person so bring your patience.
Super good coffee! Got the iced latte with the cinnamon bun syrup and oatmilk. Even with oatmilk it was really good! Also ordered the breakfast sandwich in an everything bagel 😋, a frozen coconut coffee (also really good!), and a fruit smoothie. One of the top best tasting coffees I’ve had, probably better beans or roasting. The other reviews did not let down. The guy was rude 😂 But not so much, not in a way that we felt attacked. Seems like all they hire are rude people 😆
My wife and I decided to stop by and check out the coffee shop on our way to drop our kids off to daycare since we pass it all the time and we are sure glad we did. I mean it when I say that the chai tea I had there was the best and I’ve even had it in India. The wife had a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to be a croissant but ended up being a bagel but weren’t disappointed because the bagels there are just as good as the ones we would get in NYC every morning. We will definitely be returning minus the kids so we can spend more time enjoying the drinks, food, and company together.

The food and coffee is usually great and the service is fast, but every time I come here our order is messed up and whoever is working has a bad attitude. Why would I pay to feel like an inconvenience if the person working doesn’t even stay at the window to hear the order? All I say is “Can I get an iced latte-“ and they start making it before they even know I need decaf or oat milk. Today was the worst interaction. Ice lattes didn’t fill the cup and are lighter than any other time we’ve ordered. They taste like milk and sugar. They were out of coffee ice cubes, which would be perfectly understandable, but the person didn’t tell us that as we ordered, so when our coffees didn’t have it, it gave me they impression they hadn't been listening at all. Overall poor service.
Super RUDE!!!! service… the lady attending at the window was not nice at all .. can’t deny she gave us our food fast but kept throwing the window closed in our face … mad face … not even a thank you or have a good day and her tone of voice was like I was doing her a favor NOT COMING BACK HERE rather go to a place where people are happier for their costumers…
I was literally at this place 10 min ago. Standing in line with 2 people in front of me and one car in the drive thru. Thinking to myself I was going to be next after the car leaves, nooo another car pulls up and she proceeds to take their order. Never acknowledged me once. I said excuse me but I was here before they were. This little girl says to me drive thru takes priority, and she will be with me as soon as she can, by this time there were 2 more cars in line. I wasn't waiting that long.
