Friendly staff and easy parking!
Always the very best coffee and espresso you can find anywhere in Volusia County. Servers are very attentive and friendly. A great place to enjoy drinks, especially coffee, and socialize with friends (or make new friends, which is a common occurrence here). If you are a coffee fan, this delightful cafe is worth a trip out of your way to enjoy coffee roasted and prepared by passionate coffee aficionados!
I love my white mocha latte but I would like to try something else next time. Quaint and quiet little place for catching up with a friend or two.
Fantastic little coffee shop, just off Artisan Alley in DeLand. Great little breakfast sandwiches and plenty of room inside or out to sit.
Was really looking forward to stopping at this coffee shop today. When we arrived, I was worried that we had missed it because it was after 1:00. However, the quarterly Indie Market was going on at them time we arrived, and Trilogy coffee was open! We stopped in and got cold brews. We enjoyed the AC and the enjoyable atmosphere. The employees were extremely nice. Can't wait to stop by again.

The drinks, staff, and food all bring a positive energy to the day in every interaction. Definitely a good spot and I can't wait for their additional location to open!
Their coffee has always been impeccable and the locally roasted beans are as good as it gets. They also now have sugarcane decaf which is a game changer. My wife finally had a latte that was just as good as the caffeinated stuff.
I loved the atmosphere, the coffee is unique the baristas as super friendly! I can’t wait to go back with my laptop soon!

First time passing DeLand and so glad to have found Trilogy. Great tasting beans in a relax coffee house atmosphere. Easy parking right across the road.
I’m not a usual coffee drinker. I’ll get Starbucks when the wife wants but it’s a rare occasion. I purchased a latte here with white chocolate. Was needing a little bit of energy this morning. This may be over exaggerated but this was the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. I’m 32 years old so I know I don’t have much experience, but WOW! Legit had me wanting to stop by after work just to order another one. 11/10
One of my favorite coffee shops. Drinks are amazing and the staff is always very kind. They slightly steam the milk for iced lattes which makes them extra silky. Love the breakfast sandwiches too. I don't live in Deland anymore but anytime I'm in the area I make sure to get my Trilogy fix.

Absolutely in love with Trilogy. The people, the coffee, and the food are all amazing.
I can't really say 💭. It looked like a nice place, but since there were no seats, I decided to come back some other time. A lot of customers with their computers and no seats for other people. 😢
First of all I’m giving this place five stars for their egg and cheese English muffin by itself!! It was absolutely delicious and you are doing yourself a disservice by not trying one of their breakfast sandwiches. Second, the coffee was good. I got the vanilla latte and would give it a 7/10. Lastly, the staff were so friendly and kind. A must stop if you are in the area.
Excellent coffee with fruity undertones. Very unique. Baristas go out of their way to make sure you get what you want.
