Staff was really nice. Ordered two iced coffee’s the Irish lady I think it’s called and the Yankee doodle. They were both yummy. the Yankee doodle I think it’s my favorite. I also ordered two breakfast sandwiches, they were delicious. The egg is a little thick for my preference. Service did not take long for my to go order.
The BEST chai tea I have ever had. The chains now taste like water after drinking Bostons tea. The service is great, and my husband loves the mocha latte. We also love the small-town feel of this place.
Amazing spot for a great cup of coffee and great breakfast options. The pesto ciabatta breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious.!!!
I have dined in and ordered take out. Love their coffees, chai tea, and hot chocolate drinks. as well as their breakfast and lunch menu items. Their country chicken salad croissant is excellent, as well as the turkey twist on the pretzel bun. Be sure to add a side of pasta salad. The summer salad is delicious. Their chicken velvet soup is wonderful, too. Can't decide? Try a Pick 2 combo.

Walked out. They close at 8pm we got there at 6pm and wanted to sit in the back patio because it was freezing inside. Server said back patio was closed even though there was no sign, it was unlocked and there were people outside eating! Are you kidding me. Too lazy to clean a table outside. We just left and spent our money elsewhere that night. Its a shame because the coffee and food here is great. Idk what it could be. Maybe too many woke leaning college kids working here? We all know they don't like hard work. Also the front area is very crowded, the back it awesome tho. Spacious and chill.
Old coffee house Food is delicious Service is good Atmosphere is old need new work of decoration.. Coming back to it is a must for me Best of luck 🌷

I really do like Boston coffee house. I typically get the same thing whenever I come. Ham and apple sandwich, it's really good comes with apple slices, cheese, honey mustard and apple ranch. Sometimes it is such an amazing sandwich and others it's just well not... I feel the sandwich meat needs to start being weighed because today my sandwich had 2 little slices of ham and this has happened before, but normally there's a real good amount. Also the apple slices may as well not been there they were so small. Also got the French toast panini which is always amaing!!

Good food, great coffee and a homey atmosphere. It has a good breakfast and lunch menu. It has extra seating in the back as well.
Stopped here on my way to Blue Springs. Little coffee shop with great atmosphere. I had a latte and it was above average. The cup it came in was pretty cool too. The pastries are wonderful. Lots to choose from service was pretty good, but could improve a little. Prices are reasonable as well. Will be back next time I’m in DeLand.

We asked to make a take away and to sit outside i asked for coffee and aclair. I was waiting for the waitress to come and when she came i make my order. After she brought the coffee without the cake. I went to ask for the cake and she said we are runing out of it... so bad service. Bad
Good coffee, odd menu, food was ok but just different. Little confusing on how to order and what you'll get.
Janessa had an inappropriate behavior and a nasty attitude, she picked up napkins from the floor and proceeded to put them in our table which goes against sanitary protocol. This is not the first she served us with the same attitude throwing straws bringing us the check when the food didn’t even get to our table. Horrible customer service DISGUSTING will never be coming back…

Quaint coffeehouse with really good coffee and service. We came in on a Sunday afternoon for coffee and were impressed with the service and overall quality. We only did takeout coffee but they did a nice job, getting our orders correct and being helpful and friendly. Their sweets looked amazing, although we didn’t get anything since we had just eaten. I thought it was a great place for a cup of coffee. One things that was noteworthy was as we walked in a woman came out and said there was a 45 minute wait for a table. I’m not sure I would’ve waited that long to eat in, but to come and grab a coffee and go - it’s a can’t miss!
This little coffee house is hands-down the best little place to have breakfast or lunch. if you have a sweet tooth they have a big selection. The atmosphere and staff makes it a fun place to eat. I drive all the way from New Smyrna to DeLand to eat here. The food is unique not cookie-cutter junk food.
Love the old world English tea atmosphere at this Coffee Spot. We got amazing service from Jamie, great recommendations and we got the soup and sandwich split. Everything was delicious and we're already looking forward to our next visit
