You need that feeling of being among the elite with a taste of history? You were wondering were the rich folks in the gables were enjoying their brunches? Well this is the place for you, especially if you love unlimited mimosas, seafood and deserts with your breakfast spread. Not just shrimp but lobster and crab all nicely cracked for you to enjoy your seafood crack. The Biltmore is an old army hospital renovated into a classy hotel. You can feel the history as you sit in the atrium outside having your mimosa and wondering how many wounded troops came through this mansion of a building. The dining spread is fantastic and the deserts were amazing, we left in pain from over eating and knowing our bank account took a blow. At the end of the day a great gem for a special occasion brunch. Make sure you explore after you eat and go upstairs to the lobby and the mezzanine outside. Come dressed nice and you can get some amazing pics. So grab your credit card and you upscale attire and check out this amazing brunch spot, just be ready to do some spending, because it’s the Biltmore baby $$$.

The Biltmore Hotel is among the most romantic and quintessential wedding venues in Miami. Its incredible views and extensive amenities, paired with its talented and accommodating staff, make the experience luxurious from beginning to end. As a destination wedding planner based in Miami, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Whether you are considering spending your wedding weekend enjoying a golden hour rehearsal cocktail gathering or relaxing by the pool after your Sunday brunch, there is no going wrong. For getting-ready photos with your bridesmaids and/or groomsmen, the hotel suites' traditional and clean design make for a perfect backdrop. Especially if you are planning your ceremony and/or reception in the hotel's famous spots (the CC Courtyard, Back Lawn, SW Terrace, Golf Fountain, or any of the picturesque and spacious ballrooms), you and your guests will feel transported and fully immersed in a daydream through and through. Upon arrival, you and your guests will be met by the romantic Spanish-inspired architecture, intricate interior design, and tropical greenery surrounding and enhancing the grounds. As though that wasn't enough, the food and beverages on property are I can speak for the majority of wedding vendors when I say The Biltmore Hotel is one of the top 3 gems the city has to offer.

The hotel is located well, but the lack of maintenance is clear. Lots of areas are very dirty. Restaurants are short in staff and service takes forever. It took over 1:30 in a pool restaurant to the breakfast to be served. This hotel should never be listed as 5 star service or Fine Hotel in Amex. Also with Amex Fine hotel they could not give an upgrade room, also we could not use the Fontana Restaurant for breakfast because they were serving brunch and that was not part of Amex breakfast included In the fine hotels reservations according to reception desk. I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a 5 star service. Beautiful property with a lot of potential but not a good service.

My husband and I have taken staycations here a few times and it is the perfect getaway! The hotel and gardens are beautiful, along with the pool. I love how you can really feel the history in this place! Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed here and got dressed here with my son's entire wedding party. The bride had the Everglades Suite which was so beyond anything we expected! It was like staying in King Arthur's court! My son had the Tower suite which was beautiful with amazing views. The rest of us had single rooms. The decor and detail in each room is beautiful...rich fabrics, sumptuous pillows, attention to detail. But the service was even better. Anything that we forgot was delivered within minutes. The concierge went out of his way to help us store things and get things even though it was a very busy weekend for them. We ate at Cascades, the Sunday after the wedding and they went above and beyond to accommodate our group...and the food was great! Can't say enough about the bellman...super friendly, very helpful! All in all, a great experience and a place where every detail and accommodation has been thought of so carefully! Truly a treasure!

We went for high tea. Nester, our waiter, was a gem & took exceptional care of us. And what can top sitting next to a harp while enjoying a cuppa?

The golf club membership process is completely unethical, and they have no remorse, shame, or understanding of one's unforeseen circumstances. They took $8k of my money as a "deposit" for the wait list. Remaining balance is $8k (I decided within my legal rights to ask for a refund within FL law of 72 hours) They ignored and declined my deposit. Still not returning my deposit. Claim they have such an abundance of applicants that there is a wait list. New members signing up everyday. No loss to them then if they return my deposit. Won't be sending any clients, and athletes, or my pro golfers here. Disgusting and unethical an absolute disgrace to their name. GM, Matthias Kammerer refused to speak or make an exception. I am going through a major family crisis. They still chose not to lean on the ethical side. Not accounting for anyone's unforeseen circumstance, and they are simply taking deposits and not returning them. So they don't lose anything at all, but just take the deposit money to never return it. So the applicant gets nothing in return. I have reality TV show airing, which will be broadcast to millions about some top places in Miami and "The Biltmore" and this awful treatment will be mentioned.

This is a clear resort hotel. The rooms were immaculate and adorned with beautiful decorations. Spacious and comfortable, clean and functioning. As part of the business trip I was on, it was all buffet meals, but even those were very well executed, so I would have huge expectations for individual meal experiences. And the gym is outstanding. It's expensive of course. But if you want to stay in Coral gables and want to feel pampered at whatever cost, I highly recommend this.

The suite was spacious and spotless. Great vibe in this hotel. We are @truetanmiami, a spray tan studio in Coral Gables and we visited the hotel to perform a mobile tan for a client, we loved the area! Wish we weren’t just passing through! Thank you! Highly recommend it!

Incredible brunch, delicious options ranging from lobster and crab to porchetta, from paella to caviar…all fresh and well prepared with the beautiful classic architecture as background.

Absentee managment. Aircraft turbine like noise from AC in room never attended to despite complaint. Complaint never followed up. Request fir chromecast facility dismissed with staff saying it doesnt work when in fact it exists and functions on TV channel 49. Took some patience to figure out. Appearance of bathtub offputting. The pool is just about the only thing magnificent about this neglected grand old mady of a hotel.

So I booked with a wedding party but upon check in found out I wasn't on the same floor as the rest of wedding party. Matter of fact I wasn't even in the wing as the rest of wedding party, as I had to walk two dozen stairs to my room every time I wanted to return. On top of that my view out my window was literally trash dumpsters, absolutely vile. Then on the day of our parties wedding whilst showering g to prepare for the evening we didn't have hot water. We called the front desk to file our grievances to no avail. Won't be returning it was the biggest waste of money. If I had spent that type of money elsewhere I'd have been treated like royalty.

Our stay was great! Rooms were very nice and clean. Food and service was great! Only complaint would be the outside of the hotel is very much in need of restoration to the wood areas of the hotel and power washing and paint to many areas of the hotel. This is very much needed! Hopefully it is on the books to be done. If not it’s just going to deteriorate more and get much worse. Which would make the outside not desirable to look at while on vacation.
