Interesting that they have many origins of beans but the shots were sub par. Banana bread tasted like dark wheat bread that was stored close to bananas rather than made with bananas.

Pasion Del Cielo is a five-star coffee shop that offers exceptional coffee and service. Their coffee is rich, flavorful, and expertly brewed. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee, Pasion Del Cielo is the place to go!

I was not treated we'll by service. You might think a coffee place has a welcoming and warm atmosphere, instead they are rather interested in a turning tables fast and making the buck forgetting the basics $$$ #notakaren #pleasetreatusnice #whatdidwedo

Great Jamaican blue mountain coffee with quick service. You can choose from 11 different kinds of single origin coffee beans from different countries. There is indoor and patio seating.

The coffee is good but no the best. The service was not the best. I like the small store.

The girl who first tried to use the wrong coffee beans for me drink, then dirty the coffee cup so bad I couldn’t hold it without getting bunch of syrup on my hand. And when I request a clean, empty new cup. She said “we don’t give out empty cups”, in which I responded “well the cup is full of syrup on the outside I can’t hold it”. What a nasty attitude.. just awful services, and drinks.. what happened to this place? UPDATE: a year later, I gave it another chance and the customer service is worse than last time. I can see why soo many locations are closing down and went out of the business.. what a shame.

Stunning coffee and consistency here! My new favorite place. I went three times in two days here and the coffee was perfect each time. Get the espresso macchiato with Ethiopian coffee and you will be amazed!

This coffee was so good!! Ladies behind the counter were helpful as there are so many options. I got Cuba. They charge a reasonable amount for alternate milk and flavoring as opposed to some other places around there!

I was just ripped off! I was just charged $3.49 for a half liter bottle of cheap water. Nothing fancy like Fiji or Icelandic water, just simple Zephyrhills water that costs 30 cents at the local supermarket. No wonder why they had to close almost all their locations in Miami. Shame on them!

Better than most other coffee places simply because I can select what kind of coffee bean I want.

For some reason, since about 3 or 3 months ago, the coffee is just not as good as it used to be. I asked for a mocha frappe and I couldn't even drink it because it was just straight up ice. No liquid at all. The lady had to scoop it out of the blender woth a spook instead of just pouring it. Their coofees used go be so good and I don't know what happened.

My favorite coffee shop and decent prices. Love that you can pick your own beans and have it freshly ground. Giving 4 stars because the last 2 times I've gone they said they didn't have what I was going to order (chai tea and frappes) and it was only mid-afternoon on a weekday and some of the baristas didn't seem to know what they were doing (maybe new employees?) but the actual coffee is outstanding

The ability to select your own coffee beans from various regions is a cool little gimmick that works. Not all coffee beans are created equal, but all taste great. Issues here are with infrastructure; ordering is really confusing if you are new. The lack of any mobile or online ordering also a problem. Lastly, on one visit they were out of ice…not sure how a coffee place can run out of ice

Up until today I’ve had zero problems here. Customer service is great, and the orders are always right. What left me gobsmacked today was the fact that someone decided it was totally fine to put ALL their straws UNRWAPPED and together in the open container you grab them from. I know this place usually has the straws in wrappers as I’ve been often. That is such a BIG health risk and violation. Especially since we’re still bouncing back from COVID and now have another virus starting to run rampant. I had tea, but opted to just leave without the straw. I’ve always sung praises of this place I don’t want to have to stop going because they can’t be sanitary.
