Why does it say "London" and there's no London service just nothing but drama now there's hands in my face when I don't respond to a drink I didn't order you really need to watch this

I am regular customer and spend there a lot of money! I came last Saturday, October 4th at 11 a.m to buy a chocolate. The girl who works there (tall girl, straight hair in ponytail, I saw her always working just on Saturday and Sunday), was mean to me. She expressed inappropriate comments and jokes regarding my payment method. When I have a chance to speak with managers, I can tell them more details (if they are interested).l

Can not recommend this Pret enough. For $19.99/month, you can subscribe to Pret’s Unlimited Coffee Plan so I am in here a LOT. Yvonne and Rudi particularly are the absolute sweetest people. Even when I am working from home and have plenty of closer choices, I will ALWAYS go to this Pret because of them.

I went to purchase a breakfast sandwich, but the cashier rang it up at fifty cents more the the sign said. When I mentioned this she said her price was correct. We went over to where the price sign was; she looked at the back and said it was an old sign, then removed both that sign and another. She said she would not sell it to me at the advertised price. That is deceptive. Who knows how many people are distracted and not paying attention to them charging a higher price than what is prominently displayed. Thankfully, since there are many other eating options in Union Station, I got my food elsewhere. If you patronize this place, be sure to watch that they don't overcharge you because the staff don't seem to understand the concept of false advertising.

It was the most disgusting thing ever there was a fly on the food, I told the 3 African Americans ladies to do something about they ignore the fly on top of the food and they went and sell the food very bad

I love Pret and wish we had them on the West Coast. Grabbed my morning tea and breakfast here every day of my trip.

Fantastic hot sandwiches and baked goods, soup and snacks. Great place for quick breakfast or lunch.

Whenever I go to Union Station in D.C (at least twice a month), I always begin my day with delicious treats and drinks here. The freshly baked goodies are so delectable.

I went to pret a manger in union station for the second time in the last couple of months Sunday 8/22/18. The first time the bread for my sandwich was dry. So this past Sunday I opened the packet before I paid for it to check, it seemed OK, however after I had purchased a drink at another vendor and went downstairs to consume my Sandwich the bread was dry again!! I know that I should have gone upstairs to complain but I had just run 20 miles to get there and could not be bothered. I am originally from the UK and on every occasion the sandwiches have been far superior there

Union station branch doesn't open at posted time of 5:30 am. At 5:35 when I asked when exactly they would open received vague explanation regarding having to put money at the registers. Finally opened at 5:38 with no apologies..

Lots of places to grab a quick bite and this modern-clean store is freashing!

Coffee was terrible, tasted like burnt milk.
