The service was excellent. Jasmine, the ambassador, greeted me and gave me a complimentary coffee due to it being my first visit. I also tried the Turkey egg and cheese croissant that Ms. Sandra prepared for me. It was delicious. I also got to speak to the manager Theresa and ambassador Simba: excellent customer service and intentional information was shared.
First time at a capital one cafe and had an awesome experience the staff there (jasmine and jordan) were very helpful and welcoming. Will be back!

My experience at Cap 1 was amazingly good. The staff Simba and JP were kind and knowledgeable and helpful. It doesn't hurt to have a great Cafe with coffee and snacks. This is a hidden gem in se. Much needed!!!

Amazing people working here we have An amazing security guard named Sharm. To bank assistance one named Simba from Africa and course Keara and she is amazing so I enjoy the services.
I had the pleasure of walking into this community serving Cafe that happens to be The Capital One Bank Cafe. I was greeted and welcomed by the amazing Joanie. Extremely friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and that contributes to the environment being warm and inviting. I was offered a free beverage, which was great by the way but I don't remember the name of it🤦🏽♀️😄 I was then introduced to Johnny, the manager another friendly and warm person that added to overall enlightening experience. Johnny, also notably knowledgeable and very culturally aware makes this Capital One Bank Cafe a Ward 8 Community Service Gem. No pressure to apply for anything or even spend your money, just great service which makes you genuinely want to. I've never wanted to bank with Capital One before but I have a feeling this may change. Thank You all for the great experience!
The ambassadors simba and Keara were a great help , it was my first time coming here after starting my new job with enlightenment and they treated me to a complimentary coffee to start my day and helped me schedule a day to come in and get set up an account with capital one. I feel so welcomed here as if i knew the staff my whole life. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

Okay I enjoyed my experience at Capital OneCafe Jasmine was a great help with setting up the app setting on my cap One app. She also showed me how to do cardless withdrawal.
The Capital One Cafe consistently offers a quality customer experience to every patron. This space has a great vibe/energy that lends itself to remote work, meetings, or social connections. Each time I visit, I feel welcomed and appreciated. There is a clear and intentional community focus that comes through in every interaction. I have observed numerous patrons come and go throughout the day while receiving world-class service no matter what need they may have. The staff is engaging, helpful, and professional at all times. The addition of this cafe in Anacostia is definitely a shift and welcome change from the traditional banking experience. I am a proud DC resident and business owner, who now uses this location as my satellite office!

Just stopped by from a long 20 hour drive and was welcomed by very nice people, Keara, Jasmin, jasmine, Simba and Jordan. I loved the coffee and the people.

LOVE at First sight! Visited the Capital One Café to discuss my account and I was immediately greeted by the staff with a smile. Sandra provided Great customer service and I was able to discuss my account, get a Latte and a mug! Peaceful environment. I can't wait to return.
Fantastic work environment and wonderful service. I can't even remember the amount of positive conversations and helpful hands the staff have shared with me. But I'll take a moment to shout out Johnathan and Sandra for their hospitality. This location is work-remote must for me.
Hands down, my favorite coffee shop! I look for them when I travel. The staff is warm and welcoming. The drinks at the café are excellent. The workspace is quiet and never crowded. There’s ample street parking within a block of the location. Several restaurants are in walking distance.
