2023MAY16 I ordered a small coffee. The employee said he had to brew a fresh pot. Stood and waited a short time. Maybe four minutes. The employee then handed me the coffee and a brown bag with a large cookie. He said the cookie was for waiting. I am over 60. No stranger was ever this kind to me in my adult life. Took the coffee, sat down and had an emotional meltdown. Actually cried. Came back another day to thank that guy but he was not working.

We had to go back multiple times to get the right order. I went back because I didn’t want the americano coffee and when I asked for some cream they told me to do it myself at the counter. I’d never trust this place.

Better than the worldwide franchise chains. Good coffee is often hard to find in the US but you can find it at Peets
Incompetent staff. Super slow service and it’s empty. There’s no door dash drivers picking up and is still so slow. Some of the staff still wear masks because didn’t get the memo that they don’t work
I’m a big fans of Peet’s in general! While i mostly brew Peet’s at home, I do visit this location occasionally. The baristas are ALWAYS very friendly and professional, and make my coffee just right!!
